I had a very positive experience! The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Joshi is patient, comforting and funny. He encouraged me through out my procedure.

I've been using this practice for several years; it used to be the DeGroot Foot & Ankle Clinic, but Dr. DeGroot moved out of Illinois...got tired of the high taxes and political corruption of Crook County.

Whoops, did I say Crook County? The name of the county that includes Chicago is Cook County. Sorry, but it's a natural mistake.

Anyway, the new doctor is Dr. Sheffey, who is a Cracker Jack Podiatrist. On a scale of 0-100, I give him a solid 120 points, 100 for knowing his business, and I threw in 20 extra points because he's a fan of one of my favorite groups, Pink Floyd.

Felt comfortable with explaining what my condition was and how to treat it. Procedure was painless and effective!
