I hired a realtor TR from here for our first home, he was friendly but kept pushing us into buying only columbian model and not any older type homes. We ended up with a townhome with mail box far away from home and place with lot of noise. He was very dominatng and we should have been smarter to avoid him. We met him outside once where he introduced us to his wife Uma who is an arrogant snooty woman. other realtors from Remax were bad aswell, not answering calls, poor communication and arrogance for no talent whatsoever.

Hopeless and insane. I rented a house through this relator. I signed up without looking into each n every minute details of the house.within few months in peak winter, AC/heater broke and we had to seek shelter for 4 days outside bearing expenses from my pocket. Few days later water heater broke and flooded whole house causing molds, which they were hesitant to repair. I had to clean mess up and drain water out of the house. Also complained when i was moving out, what are those dark spots in the carpet as if they dont know. When i was moving out, they slapped a bill of few thousand dollars saying that i broke few things. really thousands of dollars ?? when ask them to justify the $$ with before and after pics, they don't have any. They wont even help me understand clearly what they have fixed.They even threatened me would report "bad tenant" on my ssn so that it will impact my renting capability. I rented for over 10 years now and and never had to go through this. Anyone can talk to my previous landlords will only give a positive feedback. I handed over the keys 1 week before my move out date and told them to call me if there were any issues/complaints so that we can go both in person to house and figure it out if issues is caused my me or if it was existing. They will not do so. Two weeks before my move out date, i had like 100 visitors everyday coming to look the house and would get 100 msgs everyday to accept/cancel their visit. they took advantage of me being cooperative. very very very bad experience renting from this realtor. Better go with other realtors in nearby area than dealing with them. I would not recommend this realtor to anyone. beware and stay away.

Sold my Grandmother's home with Nancy. Never disclosed to me that she had my grandmother pay all the closing costs for the sale. I would have never agreed to that up-front. When I asked her about it she never got back to me. Unethical and no integrity. So sad.

Would prefer if your agent, Jeffrey Padesky, did NOT take pictures of my home that is not for sale and post it on his social media.
