Ralph is by far the best realtor we have worked with. He is attentive, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. He always made us feel like we were his only clients. He knows so much about homes and the process, we were blown away by his abilities. He was also very patient as we took a year to find our home. He was very kind to our young daughter and kept us in high spirits when we struggled to find what we wanted. I have and will continue to recommend Ralph. He’s the best in the business and we are grateful to have worked with him!

I have worked with Ralph for over a decade - he was our realtor when we bought a house in Sugar Grove, IL, and then to sell that house and to sell another house in Lombard this year (March 2022). Ralph has always been great to work with - he cares about his clients, and goes above and beyond, both in terms of giving thoughtful advice, and in helping through the ups and downs of home hunting or selling. What a difference a good agent makes! Ralph Binetti is an outstanding real estate agent. The first agent I hired had my house on the market for almost two months and there was only 25 total showings. She let 3 different offers fall through (during the hot market of August 2021) . Once we hired Ralph we had 22 showings in the first four days alone and and 3 offers. We accepted the best offer and Ralph closed the deal within one week of it being listed with him. Ralph is extremely professional and was very helpful along the way. He gave great advice and helped stage the house. He is a super skilled and smart as well as professional and honest. Not to mention he is overall nice guy. You will really enjoy working with him.
