I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Twin City. I found my explorer than went in the next morning, Mark had the vehicle ready to go for a test drive. Within two hours I bought my vehicle and they had documents ready for myself to sign an I was out the door . The next day my hood would not open do to the cable mechanism, I called and spoke with Mark an they helped me out by referring me to there Twin city garage location, the father over at the shop is amazing and he had the part for my hood ordered and ready next day. Very high stars for this location!

This was our first visit to Twin City Auto Mall. Was looking for a car for our daughter and found them on CarGurus. They were only 45 minutes away and they had a great selection of vehicles. I spoke with Erol. He was very nice and professional. We found the car we wanted and went to look at it. The car was exactly as the pictures showed online. The car was very reasonably priced for today’s inflation, so we bought the car, which was a black 2014 Chevy Impala. If you are in need of a good used vehicle, visit this place.

The place is really small but don't let that fool you. The prices for the cars are at a reasonable price and the people working there are kind and they don't try to rush you. Highly recommend.

Haven’t bought a car yet from here, but I went to test drive a caddy which looked nice. Very kind people, they don’t pressure you to purchase or make you feel out of place. Definitely recommend the customer service :)

I’ll start by saying that I dread having to deal with dealerships after getting a car. Once you sign those papers and leave the lot, the relationship ends. But I gotta say, Eddie has proven me different.

I drove 4 hours away to get a car from here. I was really happy once I got it, but I ran into some issues with the car after already being back home 4 hours away from the dealer.

I stayed in contact with Eddie and he was so helpful. Kept in touch with me, stayed respectful to my situation and went above and beyond to help me with the repairs needed for the car.

The relief I felt to know that Eddie had my back. If I had to drive 4 hours again to get a car from here… I would. I appreciate Eddie and his team for everything they did for me, from helping with holding the car for me until I got there to buy it, to having my back with the repairs. Amazing team, you guys have my full respect.

Great experience here, worked with Erol via email and applied online to get pre approved (which cut down my in person required time by a lot), came and test drove the car I was interested in, it was very clean and performed well. Erol was polite and I didn’t feel pressured to purchase like I have before at many large corporate dealerships. Even though I was a sub prime credit customer he treated me just as nicely as anyone else. I would definitely recommend their business!
