Hirosaki Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

The food was top tier, the service was amazing! It was my first time dining here and I went with a friend. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and taken to our seats. The restaurant was super crowded, as it was a Friday evening. However, we were served in a friendly & efficient manner. I ordered the Orange Chicken and Fried Rice, which came with a salad & soup. I also tried their gyoza. When I tell you that the food was scrumptious! My friend got their beef fried rice, Las Vegas tuna rolls, and she let me sample some of her food as well. It was perfectly seasoned all the way through. My beverage was The Buddha, and it came with a free souvenir glass. The drink was a little bitter for my taste, but overall, it was enjoyable. If I can't make it back there in person, I hope to order online or over the phone. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Fun place to experience. Watching the cooks prepare your food in front of you and make fun comments about the way they are cooking is especially enjoyable. The restaurant was clean. Handicap ♿ access is very good. Children friendly and having a children's menu is very nice. The staff are very good at wearing their smiles 😃. Will definitely be returning. Worth a visit.

This was my first time here. I stopped in to get my son a gift card for his birthday. The staff were very friendly and helped me right away. After looking at their menu and looking around, I called my wife and told her we needed to try eating here. Hope it is soon it smelled really good.

AMAZING place for sushi! Went on a Wednesday (1/2 price Tues/Wed) which made a full sushi dinner extremely cheap. Chef's special rolls aren't included in the 1/2 price, but the ones that are included are still very flavorful and creative rolls. Lots of sushi combinations to choose from.

It's super busy on Tues/Wed nights though, so expect a little bit of a wait.

I love the hibachi and the sushi! Fruit ninja, Lion king, Volcano, and spicy crab rolls are so good!! The food is always amazing!

We been wanting to go here forever and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. The server was very nice and the entrance with a creek running through it was so cool. We loved it!!!

Fantastic experience! We happened to go on a "prom night" and they were packed. Although the wait for a hibachi table was lengthy, we were there for some amazing sushi and were seated right away at a table. The service was impeccable. Our server was courteous, funny, and attentive. The food was awesome and the portions were enormous. The menu is very fairly priced for the food you receive in return. I highly recommend this establishment for date nights or social gatherings.

Somehow I did not catch that the 18% gratuity was included in my price and I tipped over $100 and they caught me before I left and told me that the gratuity was already in the bill. I threw another $20 on top of that, and thanked them for being very honest. Highly recommended!!

The food was very good, cudos to the chef cooking for us was very entertaining. We had a party of 6 and no one left hungry. Best crab Rangoon around around!

I ate at Hirosake Japanese Steakhouse for my birthday this year. We did the Hibatchi Grill. It was a fun little show with the grill, Paullino was our cook and he knew his stuff. He was able to prepare our food and make us smile, I ordered a combination of Steak and Chicken. The regular plate comes with soup, salad, rice, shrimp and then whatever you chose as your entree, but in this case I added noodles and fried rice to my order. The serving sizes are pretty large so keep that in mind when ordering. It was worth the time with friends and show. I'd say all in all a pretty good experience, and if you are looking for a fun night out give this place a try! The atmosphere is nice, and the server took good care of us.

Didn't go this time for the hibachi, just the sushi and it was spot on. Yellowfin, salmon, as well as the Avon roll, a California Roll and vegetable roll for the boy. Everything was fresh and tasted great! Service was a tag team effort, but on point. Always have great experiences here.

We went just for the sushi. It was very good and the service was great. We tried the spicy crab roll, tempura shrimp roll and the Philly roll. We had chicken and vegetable tempura appetizer. All very good. I will have to remember to go on Wednesday or Thursday the sushi is half price.

The food was great and service was quick. We went on Tuesday so it was half off sushi! We ordered calamari, chicken fried rice, Las Vegas roll, dragon roll and two other ones. Forgot to take a photo of the fried rice

Immediately seated. Friendly service, excellent attention to keep table cleared amd glasses full. Food was excellent with an entertaining chef. Sushi rolls were fresh and well made. Highly recommend this restaurant as an occasional dining experience (more expensive) ...so special occasion kind of dining. Restaurant has a full bar as well.

Price was iffy. The food was amazing, being able to watch the Chef cook your food was an amazing experience.
This is a place where you need to plan on spending a little to enjoy some delicious and delightful food.
Saki here was the best I have had.

For my first time it was damn good.
The top roll was called Cherry blossom. By far the best they had. Plus half price.

I would highly recommend this place.

The sushi is so good! Reasonably priced and great service. Definitely a fan!
