I'm only doing four stars for now and so far so good the bugs are starting to die off each day there's less and less but once the house is clear I will definitely upgrade to a
Five star review little pricey but that's to be expected when using stuff that's different than what your average people use

I made an appointment with them the day before for a pest inspection. When I called them an hr prior on the day of my inspection to confirm they were coming I was told they had written down a different time other than what we had discussed. Mind you I had taken time off from work and had to have my realtor access the house since the location of the inspection is a property that I am purchasing. Long story short I was told they would try to contact their tech and get back with me ASAP. Which they never did. I had to keep calling them to get an update to see if they were coming. Such a waste of time. As it was their mistake they should have found a way to keep this appointment. I will never recommended them!

They rescheduled our appointment due to their Tech having vehicle problems. When they did come to our home they came an hour late after saying they would be 15 minutes late. They told us they’d be getting back with us ASAP but I had to keep calling them days afterwards and got the run around. They STILL haven’t called me back. Waste of time.

Extremely disappointed. Called , no one answered , left message 7+ days later still haven't heard back from anyone at this place . I will not call them again !

They were very unprofessional didn’t seem to know how to do the job right. Over priced. Do not hire if you want you’re job done right go some where else.
