Fantastic people to work with! We have done a lot of work with them at work and at home. They always respond very quick and do a great job.

I had a water shutoff go bad and went to their store. Not knowing on how to work on copper pipes so not sure what to do. So I asked for help and hope I have his name right Dewey helped me out showed and explained what I needed to do. Great service. Didn't take me 5 minutes and it's fixed. Would recommend Walters to everyone. Thank you Dewey.

They came in November and in January. They do wonderful work and charge fair prices. I would recommend them to everyone.
In November they replaced my kitchen sink pipe so it was up to code and replaced another pipe so it was up to code.
In January i found a leak that i mentioned in previous visit (leak was not coming from where i thought it was) they replaced the O ring and they put a repair Flange down for my toilet and stopped the leak. John and Tyler do great work and are very friendly and professional.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very inviting for a first time customer. They ordered the part I needed late in the day and said it will be in the next day.

The gentleman Dallas and Steve were the most helpful, honest, respectful repairmen I've ever seen.they cleaned up and were friendly. Definitely reccomend those two they are a great team

I have a couple of experiences to share ...

Last winter, I woke up to water all over the kitchen floor. It turned out that a part (I believe it was called a "valve" but I don't know the lingo) had failed on the kitchen sink. In a total blizzard, Walters came down within 10 minutes of calling and told me what the problem was. The bad news was that they had other calls and I was told it would probably be "late afternoon" before they could get back to me, so I would be without water all day. Not great news, but I understood.

Within an hour, a repairman showed up and fixed the problem. This was amazing to me because I thought I would be without water all day but, in reality, they were done with the repair and gone by 10 a.m. AND at a reasonable price.

More recently, I had a shower faucet that has been leaking for many years and it was time to get that fixed. I had many different people look at it and got estimates that were WAY over my budget and work that seemed WAY excessive (and one place who didn't even call me back). Once I was able to get in touch with Walters, they came out, gave me some options, and were able to repair the faucet for so much under my budget that I'll be able to afford other home repairs.

Also of note is that the faucet that was fixed is the original faucet in this home, so it's circa 1960 but the leak is now GONE and at a very fair price.

Walters has been serving my family for many years and will continue to do so anytime I have a plumbing need. Thanks to all of you for your help with our issues. I hope we don't have anything for you soon, but we know who to call if the need arises.

An excellent experience from a wonderful company. My water pump went out and the smell of burnt plastic was strong. I made some educated guesses as to what was wrong but wasn't certain. Walters Plumbing had someone out within a few hours and did the work the first thing the next morning once assuring me that everything was safe. The two men who installed it were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am very, very, pleased with the service I received. We used them back in 2002 for a different issue and they were wonderful then too. We will keep using them and recommending them to others! Thank you so much!!!

Our water heater went out and Mark and his team were to my house within a few hours to put in a new one. They were very nice very professional. Thank you Mark.

They were friendly and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Also the cheapest for installation cost well worth it. I'll do all my business with them.

I replaced the cassette on my shower faucet and was able to get the part, rent the special tool to help remove the old one, and was given some simple pointers on what to be careful of.

These people really know their plumbing. They have a very knowledgeable staff that is willing to help you figure out exactly what you need. They also offer plumbing service if you aren't looking to top do it yourself. Especially for those hard top find items that you can't find at the big box stores they usually have what you need and if not they can order it for you.

They carry almost everything and if it isn't in stock they can order it on a manageable timeline. Their staff is super knowledgeable.

Couple of days to come look at the issue, but repair was quickly done. And we had water.
