TC Mechanical

Phenomenal experience with TC Mechanical. The heating unit in my apartment building failed on a Sunday morning and they were promptly on site to repair the unit so that the tenants could have heat. Scott even noticed some minor issues with the hot water heater when he was there and was able to fix them. Very professional, highly recommend.

John Cape, the owner, does excellent work. He installed our furnace and air conditioner over ten years ago. He gave us a fair price and a warantee that far surpasses the competitors. To date, we have never needed that warantee. We have been very satisfied and would recommend John to anyone.
