Although I had arrived right as they opened, I was met with a friendly greeting. The gentleman that serviced my vehicle was VERY helpful and polite. He walked me through the entire process and didn't move on to the next step without talking to me and/or showing me the cause/issue. Not to mention I was in and out within 10 minutes! I highly recommend anyone who needs an oil change or filter replacement to visit Uncle Ed's on Columbia Ave.

I’ve been to Uncle Ed’s a few times at the Columbia location and each time has been a great experience. The staff are always super friendly and explain to me the costs and the maintenance they’re doing with my vehicle. The staff also ensures I’m aware of what to watch for in the next visit and potential issues later down the road. It’s a great location and customer experience!

I’m currently sitting in a bay to get my transmission, transfer case and rear differential serviced. I’ve always been an owner oil customer! As per usual the team here are all oriented to their job which is a good thing. They’re polite to the customers, they don’t make their customers feel uncomfortable at all. They’re fast paced but still focused. I highly recommend everyone to come to uncle Ed’s.

As always, this location took great care of me and my vehicle, thanks to Josh and his team. I have been going here for years and will continue to keep coming back, based largely off of their amazing customer service but also because they always make sure I leave with my vehicle in better shape than before. Great experience at Uncle Ed’s Columbia. Needed an oil change asap and was met by helpful and knowledgeable workers. Did a battery install and everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

I went in and had some front end work done on my car that THEY brought to my attention and said they could do it. BIG MISTAKE. My car ran WORSE than it ever had. ($800 of work) I went back to see if they could correct the issue they tried but FAILED. So they sent me on my way with a check engine light still on and my car would not go over 25mph. I drove to MY mechanic with my hazard lights on and come to find out some of the work was not even complete. Yeah sure the crew is Friendly and all but they need to stick with oil change and oil change ONLY.. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Quick and easy peasy. The gentleman were very professional and able to answer all my questions. I used one of their discounts they offered online. Full synthetic oil on an Acura and I was still out the door for under $75.
