Great local credit union! Central location in Battle Creek and nice clean building. The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and the credit union offers great rates!

Credit union is amazing! I recently looked into refinancing my car loan for better payments and somewhere around me (mine was not around my city) I went to my original bank and than a friend of mine recommended consumers professional credit union. I am more than satisfied with choosing them! The staff is amazing and are always welcoming and happy to help! They helped me get payments that are very reasonable and helped me save money! I plan too switch to their bank as soon as I pay my things of with my current bank. I would recommend this credit union to anyone! They truly care about their customers!!

Great credit union with even better employees!

I’m a long-term member of this credit union and would recommend membership to anyone without pause. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly whether you deal with them in person or by telephone. I love that they know your name, take a few seconds to chat with you, and just create an overall pleasing experience - every time!

They don’t explain things well and aren’t very customer friendly. Not all the tellers are bad just certain one that isn’t very reliable with information and friendly.

They have been issuing me money for some time now but I was just refused cause you want your new employees to act like this is how you operate. I ask the question of why have you been allowing me to do his banking here and her words were they didn’t see it. You either cause you have assisted me on several occasions. If I bring my receipts. Yes I keep everything… just disappointed in her response

Always an issue here. I moved from Ohio keeping an account with my credit union there. I usually deposit my checks and cash from credit unions to my Ohio account. I just recently moved to Battle Creek and tried to deposit my checks with this credit union. Unbelievable on how horrid this experience was. The teller was incredibly rude and just stared at me when she "couldn't" find my account. The teller kept repeating the bank I was trying to deposit in incorrectly and also my account number... I showed her my banking app and personal checks to verify and she became more rude and refused to help... Went right over to Marshall Community credit Union and they had no problem. Will never go back here again! Definitely will not be choosing this bank to bring my money to.

I will be leaving this credit union! The manager is very disrespectful….. said things a manager should never say to a customer! I’m still in shock as to what she said to me! This is the credit union in Battle Creek Michigan!

Went to open a checking account today.
Told me there would be a credit check but informed me it would just be a soft pull. Sure no big deal!
Only to find out it was a Hard inquiry, and dropped me 3 points. Thanks 👌 🙃
