Great products, great employees. Everyone is very nice here, and the deals are wonderful. Place is clean and always lots of stuff. I love the Broyhill pillows so much💜 really awesome cleaning products selection as well as bath/shower and feminine care products!!!

Very nice and clean, and much more variety of items and deals from years ago when I went there. Customer service at this store 2020 really needs improvement, and should show respect to their customers then to hurt their feelings. I'm giving a five star because I love the items.
Will I go back to this particular store yes!

There's a lady named Dot (I believe it's Dorothy) that works there, she is AMAZING!! Every time I see her she is busy stocking shelves, cleaning, helping guests, or just doing anything she can to stay busy!! she is extremely friendly and helpful; and an all around joy to to see, she is a great asset to this store, her smile and personality are two of the biggest reasons I continue to return ❤

My family desperately needed a couch, ran into Big Lots in Portland to see when that had available. My husband and I dealt with an associate named Kyle. He was awesome! The couch we wanted is not in stock, Kyle found it for us at another store, called them up and had it put on hold for us. Mind you, I'm sure this is part of his Job, but it was the way he handled it all, he was very professional, and kind. Thanks Kyle! -Danielle and Brenden
