I really wish I could rate this company a big fat ZERO!!! I have never met a more unprofessional company and total lack of customer service skills. I wanted to rent a business space and was willing to pay 3-6 months in advance. I got the run around, no return calls after the first initial quick tour. I don’t want to say it was RACE Discrimination, but I had a WHITE colleague call to request a showing and they were responded to quickly and told there were spaces available. But I was told in a final text that he (Chad or the Manager) was waiting to hear from someone he’s supposed to show the same space to. I’m still waiting and still no response even after multiple texts and calls. So I’m just going to purchase my own unit. I will never use or recommend this TERRIBLE BUSINESS. If they can’t even handle rental property I sure as Heck wouldn’t hire them for insurance!!!

I would have given zero starts if it would have let me. I would not recommend using this company. The agent Chad is never available and is always “in a meeting” Our insurance company never got our check from closing that Chad was suppose to send and now we have a leaking roof from hail damage and it may not get covered for replacement.. It is a huge mess.
