Dan is the man! Upon renting a U-Haul trailer, we realized our towing lights weren't working. He spent as long as we needed helping - getting tools, looking up fuse diagrams, etc. - until we got it working! Amazing customer service!!

The older gentleman that owns the dog is so friendly and helpful, it's good to know some stores still believe in customer service. Great store and employees they are all about the customer and pleasing them, they match paint perfectly. I would never go anywhere else.

I shop here on a regular basis. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Always will great you and help you find what you need. Rented a u-haul trailer on 1/19/23 and while the entire staff was helpful, Tom exceeded obligations and expectation. Recommended at your first stop.

Wonderful people .. wonderful shop.. I had a terrible time trying to put a new cord on my newly purchased weed trimmer.. went into the shop and not only did they help me, they put the cord on for me and showed me how to do it for next time.. sometimes we all need that little expert help.. Thanks!!!!

Every time I go in, always greeted, always multiple employees checking if I found what I needed. Whoever helps me always makes sure I got what I need, even going as far as to sort through all sizes of o-rings to make sure it's exactly right. Awesome service. Every. Time.

The staff is great, they help novices with projects and repairs. You can rent U-Haul products, car dollies, trucks and vans, a one stop shop. They have pest control product. Great customer service

Great guys, I was in desperate need for a hydrology line to be made to have my equipment up and running for the following work day. Not only did they get it done for me they stayed open after closing time to help me out.

It was my first visit to the Springfield Do it Center. What a wonderful experience. Tom is the person that waited on me. He went and brought what I needed too the front. He answered my questions and was full of information. I will return because of the good old fashioned service and the kindness of their worker. Thanks Tom!
