Starbucks

The Kittery Starbucks has one of the best staffs anywhere. Always smiling and making great coffee! Nice place to take a rest from work or shopping at the outlets.

The manager, Amanda, is extremely helpful. We spilled a coffee and she was very helpful to make sure we had enough towels to clean ourselves, she mopped the floor, and replaced the coffee. It was an excellent response!

Unfortunately/fortunately, this is probably the best coffee within a 20 min drive. You won't find anything better in Portsmouth or York. Different maybe, I mean, there's a Dunkin Doughnuts and a McDonald's nearby. The locally owned places are terrible and overpriced. -I like local businesses but hate being ripped off.

Here- they have the average Starbucks menu. The staff has always been nice. There's more seating than average. The location is convenient.
+I'd go to Bob's for a shake or food before getting anything like a Frappuccino or sandwich here.

Tried to use points on a cup on 04.28.21 and was told the cup was sold out and they tried to refund my points but it didn't work. Stopped in on 04.29.21 and spoke with Brandon. He was so helpful, offered to let me take another cup of my choosing if I liked one OR wait and see if the one I wanted came in the shipment they were receiving in a few hours. I left him my name and number and he called me to let me know the cup I wanted was in and he would hold one for me. This was some of the best customer service I have ever received. Okay firstly I love this store, it’s one of the few Starbucks I go to. I always let the baristas pick my drink to surprise me and a lemon pound cake (or other pastries) and every time they are so sweet. And this morning they wrote “have a great day ❤“ on my pastry bag and it honestly made my day. These baristas always have such a positive attitude and have never given me a drink that I didn’t like. I hope their managers know how amazing their staff is. I love you girls!

A small but quaint coffee shop. This is your stereotypical Starbucks, although this location is more suited for quick bites or on the go drinks. Unlike other locations that are better for sitting and getting some work done, there are only a few tables here so seating is limited and it fills quickly during busier times. The staff is always friendly and building kept clean. I’ve never had an issue getting my drinks served in a timely manner (typically just a minute or two, but I usually go during quieter hours).

Love this starbucks! There’s usually a long line so I always order thru the app and it’s always, if not almost ready when I arrive. Their coffee cake and bantam bagels are amazing!
Staff is always friendly and my drink tastes the same every time! (Unlike Dunkin’ donuts 😒)

I have consistently received good customer service at this location and the line moves quickly. I have never had any issues with my orders as well.

One of the better as far as the atmosphere goes on the North Shore

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area, they seem to make my drink quite good consistency. Love seeing the chaotic stickers on the parking posts, great vibes

Starbucks is newly remodeled as of July 2018. The new store is next door to the old store. It is larger with nice features and more tables. There is also a new drive-thru window and outdoor seating in front and in back of the store. Same friendly staff inside!

Good service, polite staff

What a great group of people. Always smiling. Even when there are rude out of town knuckleheads cause angst amongst the other drivers sitting in the drive through line.

Always a good place to stop for something good to drink and a clean bathroom, if you need it. I enjoy being able to 'dine in' again!

Line is long if going through drive through but you can always order through the app always amazing drinks and food

Best Starbucks on the seacoast. Beautiful, new, lots of great seating.
