The Pharmacy Team at Grace Health Battle Creek has an Outstanding Customer Service Care Support Team. There was a mix up with my prescription from another local Pharmacy. I contacted Grace Health Pharmacy they had the prescription I needed in stock. Every pharmacy technician that I spoke with were very helpful, considerate, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, & had excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this Pharmacy. In today’s world Customer Service is everything & this Team worked above & beyond my expectations.

I’ve used their services for pediatrics, OB/GYN, pharmacy, internal medicine, ophthalmology, behavioral health, laboratory, and dental. Every single visit over the past 6 years has been courteous, thoughtful, educational, and respectful. They’re easy to get ahold of, good at communicating, and have helped get me through some tough financial times. I appreciate how they often go above and beyond for overall patient care. Can’t say enough good things!

Staff is always courteous and quick to help. Seems like a good place to work because members of the staff can be heard laughing together quietly or may chuckle. Council is offered with care. Making appointments is not a chore. Checking in can start at home when you go online to the patient portal.

Grace Health is the first clinic that me and my family go to since we came in to USA and we loved it we still go there . They have discount for members and you don’t need to pay so much and the pharmacy is way more cheaper than other’s pharmacy, so Recommend!

I always get good care here with my children. I took my son today, to see Chantel . The lady that checked us in the nurse we seen before the doctor and the doctor was also pleasant it was a great experience!
I have to say the nurse that did his vitals and shot, she had great patient interaction!

Patti Zull is hands down the best provider I’ve ever seen. I have so much love for her. She has taken such good care of me throughout my pregnancy and I’m sad that after I deliver I’ll have minimal reason to see her. Anyone looking for a midwife/OBGYN that actually cares about you as a person and will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re taken care of needs to see her. The ways she’s helped me is indescribable. Best support I’ve ever received in my 25 years of bouncing through doctors. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for everything Patti ❤

Great place to receive a variety of medical assistance!

On a late Saturday afternoon my son was screaming in pain from an infected tooth. We were desperate and found Grace dental walk-in hours. He didn't have dental insurance nor much money. The desk staff was super polite in helping explain financial options that worked for us. They also gave us info on low income health care. The dental team saw how much pain he was in and got him in quickly. They were also very friendly. My son was feeling better in no time. This place saved the day for us. We will be back to see how we like the other services Grace health offers.

However, I was threatened in the parking lot while waiting for my son. This place is kind of in a scary location. Some outside security would be nice. If I'm scared of being threatened I might not come there.

My doctor said I needed PT for my shoulder and he scheduled me with their provider. I did not want to go there, so I looked up where my insurance would allow me to go. Grace Health was on the list. I called and spoke with Kristin and she literally got me scheduled for an appointment the same day! She got me in to see Kaija Seklins DPT. When I got there, the front desk was very nice and welcoming and after filling out some forms I was taken back immediately. Kaija did my initial exam and was very honest and informative and listened to my complaints. She didn't rush me at all. The rooms were very clean and I noticed they did a lot of disinfecting while I was there. I'm so glad I decided to go there instead of the other place that my doctor was going to send me.

We love Grace Health! Our family goes there for just about everything - Pediatrics, Dental, OB, etc. The staff is very friendly and it's so convenient to have everything in the same place.

First off I would like to say HUGE THANK YOU!! I needed to find a new family doctor and that can be terrifying! The scheduler Carry got right back to me. She helped me find a perfect doctor for my health care needs. She went above and beyond with any and all questions! She even helped me fill out everything over the phone and online! She was polite and courteous. She helped me feel completely at ease with the entire process! Thank you!!

After her I had high hopes for my new Doctor! Absolutely Amazing! I have chronic issues like most of us unfortunately. Doctor Kim VanAusdall was kind, respectful, & answered Everything above and beyond!! She made me completely at ease. Doctor Kim made me feel important and took time to answer any questions I had.....You can tell she really cares about her patients! We even laughed a few times. She didn't make me feel judged or uncomfortable at any point! She was bubbly and smiled the entire time. She made sure I felt comfortable with my medication. She was respectful and reassuring. I feel right at home! THANK YOU!

I chose to do a virtual appointment. Having that as a option is a Huge plus! The entire processes was easy and persise. The directions on where to go and how to do everything we're clear and easy. They show you step by step!!! I am terrible at online Anything! I had no issues at all! Sign in was easy and I was connected right away! Definitely the best virtual appointment I have had ever!!!

I recommend Doctor Kim VanAusdall to anyone who is looking for a new doctor! She was amazing!! I am actually excited about a new doctor! I feel at ease and taken care of. She was respectful, considerate, and polite! With everything going on we need to have more Doctors like this! THANK YOU!

I literally hated the dentist so I use to never go. But when I had a bad tooth ache I went to grace health. They lady ( long black hair) that hot me started made me feel so at ease made me feel so comfortable...she was so wonderful and I need a lot I'd work done and she explain the whole thing to me ...she hug me when I left. She made me feel so comfortable so I did come back to get all my dental work done the next six months. Every dentist I seen there was terrific, very pleasant made me feel so comfortable and at ease, very gentle working in my month making sure I was ok a bounce of times. I just wanna say thank you to all of you for everything and making my smile all beautiful when everything is done. I will recommend you to all of my friends and family. Again thank you

I have been taking my son to this clinic since he was an infant. He's about to turn 13, my daughter has been seen at this clinic since after she was born. I have never had anything except wonderful experiences with the pediatric physicians and nurses. The only reason my kids don't still get seen here is because we moved out of state! If I could, I would bring the whole pediatric team with me! I will miss them, sincerely! They were always so wonderful with helping out with my daughter's medical issues and my son has been seen there his whole life. We will miss you Grace Health!

Have been going here for several years and have always had great care. Their new women's health center is fantastic, the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. The physicians and nurse practitioners have all been great as well. Due to their size, its normally very easy to get an appointment quickly, unlike many other practices in town.

I go here for womens, and my son goes here for pediatrics. They were very helpful all throughout my pregnancy, and after with my son's care. The walk in hours are great! Not a long wait like the ER or Urgent care.

I used to loathe to go to this place, HOWEVER now that they have been taken over by Grace Health it has shown a lot of improvement. The addition of a lot more medical staff helps a LOT with getting me right in when I need it. My favorite addition being Dr. Colburg. He is a fantastic doctor. He takes the time to listen and find a diagnosis. He is also very thorough which is nice too. Great job on all the changes Grace Health!

Fantastic staff and Medical Care. I know a lot of people have misconceptions about federally qualified Health Centers, but this place is simply wonderful! I have commercial insurance and I choose Grace Health for my care for myself and my family. I have been seen in OB/GYN and in family practice and recommend any of the providers at Grace health for care for others. Grace Health is committed to patients and Quality Care.

I called first thing on a Monday morning and they got me in within the hour. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment, got called to a room after 5 minutes of waiting. The whole process was quick and painless and took no more than 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

I would like to put 5 stars for Robin Groat, LPC, CAADC. She is an amazing person and counselor who has the best interest for all people. I know some people can be sensitive to religion and politics which is fine but should also be adults and maybe be grateful someone would not push on them but give them another perspective from a outsider looking in. She cares so much about other people and there well-being and I am so grateful for people like her. Thank you Robin from the bottom of my heart.
Also the office staff and everyone is very friendly and helpful whenever I need anything.

This is where my doctor appointments are my doctor is the most important part of my life her name is Amanda Shoemaker ,an awesome and amazing and polite,well respected very very caring, to everyone ,if I had my say she deserves a really good raise she sincerely is appreciated by my family and friends ,if you want a good down to earth doctor , she is responsible and always ready to help I thank God for Amanda everyday!!!!

Hey the free food at the church is a great idea , , ,but most of it it's gone bad ,,,,such as the banana's are so black and nasty MOSTLY all of the fruits are rotten but the 5 last time that I went is not anything that is good somebody needs to be there to see what is not rotten
