I have used Jim 2 times and he has done an excellent job for me. He is timely, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He ran all new plumbing hot and cold to our upstairs bathroom and repaired a copper main pipe coming into the house. His price was extremely reasonable. Well done, thanks Jim!!!

Very professional and accurate

Called and gave him my situation and info. Only needed a tub drain installed and maybe kitchen faucet replaced if time permitted. I had all the parts. Set an appointment for three days after call. I took a half day off for the time. No call, no show.

Set an appointment at 3:00pm. I told them I lived in a duplex and in the back of what looks to be a house. I called back at 4:30pm to ask where they were. He told me he knocked on the door an hour ago and no one came to the door and without trying to get a hold of me by phone he left. I went on to explain again I was in the back of the duplex and he knocked on my neighbor’s door. He said he was on his way now and hung up on me. I called him back and told him because he did not show up at 3pm I couldn’t be home; I had a personal matter to take care of. He said sorry but he would just have to get with me on another day and didn’t even try to set up another appointment. Unprofessional and rude; I will not go through this guy again.

Would not reccomend called with an emergency flat out told he would not have time no matter how much we were willing to pay! Would not even take my name or number! Wouldn’t even say hey I’m to busy but here is someone who might get to you tonight! Keep in my we had a water main leak! So I called AW Crooks plumbing they guy was great from start to finish helped me fix my issue over the phone avoiding the weekend overtime call all my future business for plumbing will be going to AW crooks! Please stay away from this guy!

Called twice to schedule an appointment. He said he would call, but never did. Called him back for an ETA, he said he would be out in the evening. Never showed.
