I absolutely love this place. We vacation up this way every year. This is our new favorite spot. The trails are great, the beach is amazing. There is plenty of space to spread out. And it's rocky but not impassable. The sunsets are incredible

Loved it!!! Nice sand, lots of rocks to pick through, and not crazy busy. Absolutely beautiful!

Great secluded beach! Gorgeous sand, clear water, beautiful rocks and driftwood make this area straight out of a national geographic magazine! Kids loved the sand and hunting for rocks. Right when you step in the water, the floor of the lake is covered in softball-sized rocks. Bring water shoes! But there is still great sand on the beach for lounging and sand castle making 😊

A beautiful jaunt through forested dunes located just off of US-31 and ending at a cove in Grand Traverse Bay. They have added 2 portapotties.

Secret beach with the beautiful water colors you'd expect a few miles away on Torch Lake but with sand beach access to Lake Michigan rarely filled with crowds in a natural landscape setting. A great place for those looking for something beautiful, unique and quiet.

Nice little spot to access the beach for a walk along the water. The heavily treed unpaved road is easy to miss but lovely to drive or walk down.

This is a beautiful spot to go to. There’s not a ton of parking. The beach is nice if you’re looking for rocks. Great spot to sit and enjoy Lake Michigan. You also can easily launch kayaks here. We did not but saw several people doing so.

Absolutely beautiful. Went early March while I was in the area and had heard of the beauty of Torch Lake. Was very quiet during this time of the year, and was absolutely breathtaking. Great place to take a remote walk along the lake shore and see some beautiful sights and take some great pictures!

10/10 small beach. We went to this spot in late August and the water was warm, there wasn’t many people, and it was perfect! Glad we had shoes to wear on the stony part. Once you get past the stones, it’s pure sand. We snorkeled and swam for hours.

This place is always nice. no bathrooms. Water can be high. Great spot to watch the world. I enjoyed this spot and I will be back. The customer service is top notch with easily accessible employees and a friendly atmosphere. Parking is a breeze. This is a recommended business. Mother nature is the best.

Beautiful stop!!! Fyi very rocky in water for quite a ways out. But worth it if you can make it or bring water shoes/sandles!

Coolest little spot! Great beach and walking trails. Perfect spot for a break in the drive or just to hang for the afternoon. The trails are short and great for little hikers or dogs. The beach is dog friendly and very sandy. There are outhouses here too, so good pitstop with the fam.

Arguably, the best place in Torch to watch a Bayside sunset. The trails are well kept and great for short runs. Easily get a light impact 5k trail run in.
