I’ve gone to line-x in Battle Creek 2 times once for a rustproof and undercoat on my wife’s expedition and also to have my 2023 super duty box done. To say the quality of work was great is an understatement, they did an amazing job! I highly recommend using them. Customer service is top notch! Also the automobile accessories are a great price.

This morning I discovered my wiring harness on my van had been cut, presumably by a thief that wanted my four pin connector. LINE-X of Battle Creek had installed my hitch and harness last year, and it was working fabulously, so I called and they were able to fit me in within 2 hours of my phone call. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment and a technician began working on it within moments of my arrival. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and the cost was minimal. These folks provide friendly, efficient, effective and reasonably priced products and services. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

I could not be happier. They did an excellent job they were quick and right on the money with their estimate I have absolutely no complaints . My daughter recommended them and I am so happy with that that’s a great recommendation.

Had a wiring issue with my trailer lights not working on my truck. Line X got me right in and started diagnosing the issue. Before getting wiring torn apart, I was asked if it was alright or if I wanted them to stop. Very pleased and they fixed the issue with no problems. Will definitely be coming back to get my truck rust proofed through them.

Such a wonderful place. The service was excellent and to top it off they got my hitch installed way faster than what they predicted. Purchased bed cover and running boards, and had Line-X installed. Looks great and service and price was great.Very helpful people from office to shop! Went back ordered mud flaps were in next day and no shipping charge.Great to do business with.

Very good staff and mechanics. They did exactly what I wanted done and did a great job. We had a couple issues along the way with parts but Jason did an amazing job making it all work out and dealing with me and I am very happy with the whole experience at line x and am telling all of my friends to take their trucks there. This place was recommended to me by my son who had just put a bike hitch put on his car a couple weeks prior.
When I called the lady was very friendly on the phone and told me it would only take one day to order a bike hitch for the car I just bought and that I could come in the next day to have it installed.
I made an appointment first thing in the morning. I was 5 minutes late and the very nice gentleman in the wheelchair said “no worries you are fine”.
They have a very nice waiting area. I brought my little lap dog with me and I ask him if it was ok that I had him inside and he said they were very dog friendly. I think they told me it would take about an hour to install and I was surely done within an hours time. Price was competitively fair. Convenient location. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their services! Thank You:)
