I had a great experience! The staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. I was made to feel like I mattered and not just a means to the end or price point. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs dental work done or a dentist.

Dr . Mitchell John Palmer and his team at Aspen Dental on Lemay Ferry South County provided exceptional service. Dr. Mitchell's professionalism and ability to make you feel comfortable, especially after a traumatic experience at an older dentist, are commendable. The entire team, from the front desk to the office manager, contributed to creating a welcoming atmosphere. They walked me through every step, making the process seamless, and their support allowed you to be yourself. The positive experience, coupled with Dr. Mitchell's expertise, led to a transformative outcome, and i highly recommend Aspen Dental for their outstanding care and service.

All employees were very nice and willing to answer all questions to make the process smooth and painless as can be! The office manager is such an amazing kind hearted woman who truly cares about her job and the people she comes in contact with! The Dr. was very patient, informative about everything he was going to do and wanted to make sure they was no pain in the process! Great decision coming to this location

I am a new patient at Aspen. I had just signed up for dental insurance and they were not able to get information on my eligibility. They spent hours trying to resolve the problem and I was most grateful. Thank you for the effort you put in so I could become a patient.

This was the first time that I went to Aspen Dental, (which is very close to where I live), and it was a wonderful Experience: with very friendly and knowledgeable Staff Members! I was very impressed with their Professionalism and Courtesy, that they displayed towards me! .......... Tomorrow, the Dentist will do more work on my '81 yr. old' Teeth! ----- [I can't wait]! ........ LoL

I was blown away with how friendly and attentive the staff was. Office Manager Laura Richards helped me to find financial options to help me cover my expenses for treatment. Even though the office was busy, I was assisted and treated with great care. Highly recommend Aspen for any and all dental care.

I had an issue with pricing and extra services that I was charged for during my visit. I originally left a poor review.The staff actually gave me a courtesy call to address my concerns and we reached an understanding that satisfied my concerns. Their service is top tier in my book! This has been the best dental experience I have ever had! The entire was super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable! I usually hate the dentist but this place makes me want to come back every month! The entire process was quick and easy! Was seen there on 8.12.23 - from my arrival at the reception desk to the treatment in the room by Dr Simone Favor it was an easy and painless experience. Everybody went out of their way to make me ( a new patient to that location) feel very comfortable and welcomed. Dr Favor was very friendly, caring and gentle and took care of my problem without any pain whatsoever. The wait time was very short and I was treated with expertise. Would give this place and the doctor 10 stars and would definitely highly recommend!!

Truly amazing staff and top of the line service. The dental assistant, Kaley, was fantastic at her job. I'm sure this location hated to see her go back to her home location, as she was just filling in for a month at the South County location. Made us feel welcome, was happy and attentive the entire time. Dr Favor is, by far, the absolute best dentist I have ever dealt with! You will leave the office with a bright and beautiful smile. The team at South County truly cares about their patients and I can't recommend them enough.

After nothing but issues with my previous dentist, I finally found a place with nice, understanding staff and they take my insurance. Even got an appointment same day when I desperately needed one. A fantastic dentist office.
