Liberty Title is a great company to work with! They have handled 3 purchases and one sale for us over the last 10 years. Every deal ended up with two title companies involved and each time Liberty Title was able to smooth out the transactions and get the deals done. One of the properties was up north and required extra coordinating for the closing. Lena Conigliaro is amazing! She made sure everything was done properly.
