Amazing customer service! I ordered the BEATRIC dress and wow... the quality and fit was amazing. I’m 5’4 and the XS fit really well I’m usually a 0-2 in dresses. I wore it for my engagement/proposal shoot and I could not be happier. The dress was stunning and I received so many compliments. THANK YOU JAUS!

Customer service is awesome, too! I admittedly had ordered a week before my event and was a little concerned about my dress arriving on time, so I sent an email and they expedited the shipping for me to arrive perfectly on time!

Ordered the Gee Mini Dress and it was perfect. Material was high quality and sizing was spot on. The shipping was fast and had no issues whatsoever :) Too many people here leaving bad reviews because they didn't pay attention to the shipping timeline or return policy. Blame yourself not the small business.

I was nervous to order a dress online because you never know about the quality. But I was PLEASANTLY surprised. I ordered the white Reyna dress for my elopement ceremony and I absolutely loved it. I was a little unsure of the size based on their chart and went with a bigger size but then felt like it could be a smidge smaller. I contacted them and their customer service is superb. I bought the smaller one and hope to get it soon and they will refund me whichever doesn't fit best. I was so relieved. The quality of the fabric is beautiful and well made. Highly recommend. And thank you for being so understanding and helpful with my dress size. I can't wait to see how it fits.

I purchased a dress for my beach wedding and it fit me like a glove!! I was a bit worried the dress might not be high enough quality to be my wedding dress but when I got it I was pleasantly surprised, it was made very well and high quality. It was hands down the most perfect dress for my wedding & I got so many compliments 😍

Ordered a reception dress for my wedding from Jaus kind of last minute. It arrive quickly, exactly as pictured, and I’ve never received so many compliments on a dress! My sneak peek photos included a few shots in the dress and I received over 30 DMs (@terryannmelisa) requesting a link to the dress! It fit like a glove, it looked so elegant and sexy, and I felt so extremely confident in it. I was initially nervous bc it was a bit pricey, but I have absolutely 0 regrets and would definitely order from Jaus again!!

All of their dresses are so beautiful and such high quality. The 2 piece set I n the photos below I wore for my wedding shower. I got endless compliments on this set! I loved it so much, I also purchased 2 different white dresses from them for my bachelorette and for my rehearsal dinner!

Jaus is hands down my new favorite boutique! I purchased a gorgeous gown for my birthday (and a couple of other dresses for holiday events/birthday parties) and I needed it quickly and the were so accommodating and responsive to helping make sure I received it in time! AND the employee I was messaging with was the nicest ever, which can be hard to come by sometimes! Not only is their customer service amazing, but the CLOTHES. If you want something that will make you feel amazing, this is the place!!! Getting ready to place another order and I couldn’t me more excited! The only thing that would make it better is if I could actually visit the store in person! I can’t say enough great things about my experience and their products!

Walk-in. Bought multiple dresses today. Staff was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this shoppe. They have a variety of beautiful dresses, blouses, and beach cover-ups.. Shop here if you need something for date nights, beach days, a wedding, and black-tie events. There is something for everyone here.

I am here to say that JAUS is NOT a scam. I purchased online and I received my dress in only 3 days, even though I did not elect to upgrade shipping. And it looks EXACTLY like the photos. When I bought it, I forgot to read the reviews because I was just so in love with the dress. When I did see the reviews, I started FREAKING OUT because I thought it was a scam - like many on TrustPilot and BBB are saying... JAUS, please remove the pop-ups in the corner of your website saying, "Michelle in Sacramento just purchased X!". It's annoying and hurting your legitimacy. Also you should make a statement on social media saying what your problems were before and what you're doing to fix it. (Don't use COVID as an excuse - it's honestly not believable at this point, and everyone else is coping just fine.) I love the styles and would hate to see the company go out of business because of this.

The Sweetie Dress in blue was everything I thought it would be. I got a size Large to fit the baby bump. Material is great, stretchy. I got so many compliments!! It was perfect for my maternity pictures 🤍

Excellent customer service. An hour after I ordered a dress I found a different one I liked more. I sent an email to customer service requesting to exchange the item. They replied back to me within 10 minutes and exchanged it no problem. Item even shipped that day!

Natalie was so helpful today! She made sure I had a dressing room as soon as I got there and started finding dresses. She assisted me immensely when I was deciding between two dresses. A super friendly and upbeat employee!

I was in a rush to find something quick. I explained my event to Hali and Maria. They were amazing! They helped me pick the perfect dress. They were so patient and honest about the dresses I tried on. I really enjoyed the two young ladies and I will be going back next time I need anything for a special evening !!!

It's always a bit scary buying clothes online, ESPECIALLY when it comes to a wedding dress. During Covid I wasn't able to go dress shopping so I took a chance and bought from JAUS. The quality, price, and customer service was all outstanding. I had so many wonderful compliments on my dress, the price was right and it was exactly what I was hoping for. Since then I have bought 4 more dresses and I absolutely love them. They fit perfectly and they ship quickly.

Absolutely A D O R E this company! I ordered their Celine set for my bridal shower and people asked me all day where my dress was from because it is so beautiful! The dress came in the cutest packaging ever and my dress itself was incredible quality!
I also had a question about sizing, so I emailed their team and sent some of my measurements and they helped me pick a size and it was perfect! I’m always so afraid to order online without being able to try anything on first but I will 100% order from here in the future! Beautiful dresses, great quality, great team ❤

Final Edit: After not receiving the dress I ordered Jaus worked with my quickly to ship me out a new dress. The customer service was wonderful and so easy to get a solution to the problem. The dress itself if ABSOLUTELY beautiful. I love it so much and cannot wait to wear it at my rehearsal dinner. Thanks! Changed my rating to four starts!

EDIT/UPDATE: Okay ladies and gents, I got my dress in the mail! Customer service was super helpful. I will update this rating once I get the dress in hands!! But I can for sure say, great customer service!

I loved the dress I ordered! Gillian was amazing and helped me so much! I had an engagement party just 6 days from the day I ordered the dress and she actually called me and told me the dress wasn’t available in my size but was on the phone with me trying to pick out another dress. Loved this customer service, Gillian was so sweet and patient. Love the dress and I will definitely buy another dress from Jaus!
