Apple Somerset

I stopped by today for a pickup. The store is very expansive and well organized. The associates are always very helpful, friendly and suggestive. My pickup took about ten minutes, I was checked in by someone, waited at the pickup area for a few minutes, had someone come check my ID, waited another minute or so and the last associate came over with my items. The store emits good energy, my favorite Apple location in MI.

I had the pleasure of getting assistance with Genius Bar agent (KP) who was very attentive and helpful. Best experience at an Apple Store yet!

Peter was the best. He helped my partner and I and was very knowledgeable. He told us he had only been there over a month, could’ve fooled me! Great guy. Ask for Peter he’s my number 1.

Zach was really friendly and helped quickly fix with my phone’s charger port. I told him that the charger cord wouldn’t securely connect to the port. He knew exactly how to fix my issue, got a tool out to clear out the gunk inside the charging port, and now charger cords fit securely now.

I always feel uncomfortable going to the Apple Store because of how chaotic it is and negative encounters I’ve had in the past with their customer service, but today I was pleasantly surprised. Llona helped my husband and I upgrade our phones and helped us with other concerns we had regarding our plan. She was knowledgeable and kind. I felt grateful for her hospitality. Thank you again, Llona.

I had an issue migrating the information from the hard drive from my old Mac to my new one. Michael Jonas helped us. Michael was GREAT!! He was so very helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable!

Just wanted to say that the worker with blondish hair working the Genius Bar on 8/27 for repairs is AMAZING. I forgot to get her name but I think it may be Sydney?

She did a great job giving me options for my laptop. Like apple please give her a raise. She was fantastic and was working hard for literally everyone. Nothing but polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Great employee who deserves recognition.

This store is cool. Last time I visited & had kinda rude behavior by their associates. I had no complain as they were busy. But need some nurture on professional customer services. I love apple products. Recommendations is 100%

I've never even written a google review before, but my experience was so great I felt like I needed to! I was helped by Shayla at this Somerset Apple store and she was so helpful and nice. She understood my needs when it came to looking for a Mac as a college student and gave me the best options for what I was looking for. I definitely felt like we established a great customer/associate connection and she made the whole process super easy. Can't say enough good words! I left with a MacBook Air M2 and new earbuds and so far I am super happy with everything.

Picked up a new MacBook Pro for work this weekend! I walked in and was instantly greeted by one of the many workers. The buying process was super easy and the worker even explained the “Apple AirTag” to me. After explaining I was sold!!!

Representative was very helpful and patient. It was a breeze in scheduling an appointment online and receiving attention right away. Rep was very detailed in how iPhone battery was going to be replaced and cost. Dropped off phone, had lunch at mall, walked around stores, then in about 1.5 hours returned to Apple and phone was ready for pickup. Great customer service! Thank you.

I had a great experience with my team member at the genius bar, but I just wanted to comment on the store manager’s patience and respect while dealing with a extremely rude and problematic customer at the same table as me. I think his name was Lamont, definitely started with an L, younger man with glasses. Extremely professional and level headed.

Amazing service. The representative, who’s name I’m forgetting, was timely and helped walk me through a specific process. She made pleasant conversation while waiting for me and I did not feel rushed. I felt very valued as a customer.

I’ve been shopping here forever, like 18 years or so. Parking is free but it’s Somerset, so you’ll probably end up walking a bit to get into the mall. The staff is plentiful, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The prices are Apple, so not cheap, but not a ripoff either. You get what you pay for and you know exactly what you’re getting. The décor is Apple, so you know, it looks like if an iPhone was a store.

Very helpful staff. They weren't extremely pushy like some places can be.
