I had my first experience at this branch a few weeks ago. I have never had an insurance agent make me feel as important as Megan did. I walked in with a rather unique situation and she was able to answer all of my questions and walk me through some situations I had never experienced. She and Deb were both very polite and professional in helping my friend and I, and we have decided to make them our primary agency. I have nothing but positive things to say about this branch.

Great office. Great and efficient service. Had an apartment fire several years ago and the agent actually stopped by before the flames were out. I'd highly recommend this company, particularly this office. I would be skeptical of Blake Paauwe's assessment.

I found Andy to be very unprofessional. He lacks in customer service skills. I was with FB for over 10 years and he lost me as a customer for life. I was a client of Cal Timmer before Andy Spears took over. This post on Andy's page IS NOT IN ERROR! Andy was rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional and is now trying to discredit my post. Because of his lack of professionalism I switched to another agent who has been fantastic. I highly recommend Mark hop as a much better option.

Andy, pls don't lie to make your firm look better. I have mail and bank records to prove that I paid 3 days before the expiration date. I received a letter in the mail 4 days before my account expired, I went into your office the next day and paid said amount. My bank statements show that that amount was paid and accepted on that day. Yet my policy was canceled for lack of payment and I was not notified of this. So your office was payed for an unrendered service. Then let's not forget about last yr when your billing department switched my account from automatic withdrawal to manual and I had to come in every month for 4 months or a full quarter until it could be changed. Add in the fact that I work during your business hours and that was a pain in the rear seeing as I had to take vacation time to pay for something that I had set up to automatically be paid.

Poor customer service, lies and lack of communication is forcing a 30 year customer to look elsewhere. So many lies and different stories it is rediculous what they get away with, so glad I am no longer a customer of this place, the Agent doesn't even know what goes on at his office

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have had nothing but issues with this company. Specifically this office. They are very unprofessional and every time you call they are always closed. I do NOT recommend going to Farm Bureau Insurance for any of your insurance needs.
