Lefty's Cheesesteaks

From the moment we walked in. The guy behind the counter was super cool. Explained the sandwiches and gave me his recommendation. Both the big poppa and the original were awesome. Combos are so worth it. Large fries and a drink. Nice job. Our first time here and won't be our last !

I personally want to give a shout out to Clarence. It was a busy night but he held the shop down on his own. He completed orders for DoorDash and in house and made it all look so easy. I wish he had more help but he made what he had work. Keep up the good work!!

Able to park right at the front door. No drive thru. You can dine-in or takeout. Food made fresh. Workers were pleasant.

I live in Oakland county and have tried several different lefty's locations and this was by far the cleanest inside and had the best flavor of any other locations.

Ordered for the first time last night, and everything was amazing! As being our first time, we decided to get a bunch of stuff to test. My favorite was the Lefty's cheesesteak burger, which includes the most tender ribeye on top if a perfectly grilled burger, topped off with an over easy egg. I can honestly say, without hesitation, one of the best burgers I've ever had! The cheesesteak egg rolls we're also outstanding, wings were cooked to perfection, and just the standard cheesesteak hoagie was better than most and tender as can be! Will be definitely returning and getting the message out, not only about the great food but also the outstanding customer service......to family, friends and neighbors. Great job Lefty's, thanks again for a delicious supper. Bravo!

They have great customer service and problem resolution with great satisfaction. I had an issue with ordering directly from there leftys website to where it allowed me to order and charged my card even though the store was technically closed. I called the next day and spoke with a manager and sent them an email with the confirmation and even though it took a few days to resolve because they wanted corporate to know what was going on as well. I order from them all the time and never had an issue before. I did not want the money back I really just wanted my order and they told me whenever I wanted to just give them a call and they will fill the order. So I did just that and they filled it plus added a complimentary item for the inconvenience. The food was great and extremely pleased with the management and customer care they provide.

Lefty's is CONNECTED to the new My Ex Wife's Chicken. Always friendly. Good sized sandwiches.

First time trying it and it was good. I love the pepper relish. There should be a bigger option, other than the small cups you can purchase. More cheese with all the meat received would be good before paying for more. I was surprised I liked it, I am a picky eater.

It was delicious and the employees of the establishment were wonderful. Food was not at all what I had expected as far as preparation goes but still super tasty. If you're looking to get your cheese steak fixed on I would highly recommend lefties seeing as how they are popping locations up in many areas now is the time to get your cheese steak on.

First time ordering from Lefty's in Westland.
We will definitely be returning. We had a pretty large order, alot of "special instructions"...they had everything right! Four different subs, a salad, three different appetizers and two sides. Not one complaint from anyone.
Thank you for an awesome dinner and we will be repeat customers for as long as the food is this good and the service stays spectacular!

I literally don’t understand why some of these reviews are negative. I live about 7 minutes away and always go after work. I would recommend the “Corned Beef Special” I could eat that all day!! I always call 10 minutes before I end work and it is always ready and hot!! Definitely recommend.

Very nice gentlemen in there tonight! We both forgot to check doe my salad. Gor home notice it was not in there ran back up they were cleaning up buy without hesitation made my salad for me... now that's customer service!!! And food is always good!

My new favorite Cheesesteak. This was our first time and impressive it was. The food was plentiful and very tasty. We had the original hoagie and added cheese sauce with a side of corned beef egg rolls. Everything was hot and delicious.

The staff was really nice it is definitely covid friendly. All staff was wearing their mask and consumers were waiting six feet apart. It’s one of the only sub shops that is actually clean. I had the Southpaw Hoagie would definitely recommend!

They were willing to work with me in terms of catering for an event I was a part of last minute, which was much appreciated.

Very satisfying meal, I ordered a Big Poppa sub on a recommendation and wow🤤From the sub, to the Cajun frys, to the desert, to the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the store i was very happy with my experience at Lefty’s Westland. Also on a side note I’m looking forward to seeing Falah next time for a BBQ Banger Sub:))

My 1st time and I had a classic Lefty's cheesesteak along with a slice of Superman cheesecake. Staff was professional and food was good.

THIS IS THE LOCATION TO BEAT!!! Robert really made me an amazing sandwich! He was very polite and executed every detail of my difficult order with ease . Very great employee to have on staff . Ask for Robert!
