My favorite auto shop by far. Rick and his team are very personable and go above and beyond for their customers. As a young female, it's hard to find an auto shop that doesn't treat you disrespectfully, try to take advantage of you, or provide misinformation. 100% recommend if you're looking for an auto shop that is honest, fairly priced, female friendly, and does quality work. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I plan to keep coming back for many more!

Been coming here for years. Rick and the team do great work for a fair price. Most important to me is how honest they are at assessing issues. I've never felt pressured to buy services I don't need or that can wait.

This was my first time at Precision Tune and I have to say I was impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly everyone was. I heard about it online after reading about some of people's favorite auto shops in minneapolis and I am truly glad I went here.

Being able to schedule appointments online seems much rarer than it should be, and is one of the main reasons I will be coming here every time I have car issues in the future.

I’ve used Precision Tune lots of times over the years and they have always been amazing! They are quick, convenient, they are all super knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. I recently worked with Joe Noyola on a leaking tire. I dropped it off same day I called and it was ready less than 2 hrs later! Joe walked me through all the possible options and made me feel really comfortable in the process. He was absolutely wonderful to work with!! I know that the work they did on my car is honest and trustworthy. These guys are the best in the neighborhood- highly recommend!

Very nice shop with friendly honest people. I took my suv here because it was shaking when I accelerated. They recommended that I go back to the last place I went to because I had some complicated stuff done to the car and they would prefer if the same person who did that worked on it again. I was fine with that. They were really nice and gave me a free diagnostic to take with me.

Joe helped my daughters and I at a very crucial time. My starter went out on my almost ten year old mini van. We were stalled down the street. Joe helped us with the tow, had the mechanic ( I wish I knew his name) walk to my van to give the van a brief over view. It was a starter issue they replaced it at a reasonable price. They had my vehicle running great and Joe let us keep the mini van there until we could pick it up. We live two hrs away. All in all really great place I would definitely go to Precision Tune again.

I had recently moved to Minneapolis and needed my front license plate installed. Joe did a fantastic job obtaining the license plate mount for my specific vehicle within a day. When I pulled up to the shop, they had it installed within 15 minutes. Joe was very knowledgable and helpful! Would recommend!

Great, professional service. I called with a nail in my tire. They got me right in. Explained my options so I felt informed. Very polite and courteous. Fixed my tire quickly and I was back on the road in no time! Thank you!

Had a snow blower tire that lost its bead. Wasn't sure what to do so just stopped to see if they could help. Didn't expect it, but Joe just gave it to his mechanic and less than 5 minutes later it was all taken care of! Excellent service and really nice people. No fluff. No gruff.

After going to good year for a routine oil change, they didn’t screw on the cap and I had told them I had a 1000 mile trip ahead of me. It almost killed my engine, thankfully the guy checked out my entire vehicle since my dashboard lit up like Christmas. He was kind, helpful and I was able to ask questions and get precise answers, I wasn’t taken advantage of for being a single female. 12/10 service and affordability. Will be going there for all my car needs!

I’ve been a long-time customer of this specific location, and I actually drive in from Woodbury to come here. I have always been treated fairly and kindly, and the current manager, Joe Noyola, is no exception. He takes his time to explain things, and it truly feels like he cares and treats you like he would a friend. Highly recommend this location!

Joe and the crew at Precision are great. They helped me at the end of the day get my tired patched up after the fine spring potholes of Minneapolis gave me a flat. They’re honest and helpful. We always go back.

I had an Oil change done, the service was fast and Joe who was at the front counter was super helpful and friendly! They made sure that I didn't have leaks in my tires (I hadn't put air in them in far too long), I'll definitely be coming back:)

all the workers at this precision tune auto care were all so nice, very helpful. but i want to give a special thanks to Joe. we had just came from a funeral of our aunt and our mini van had stalled in the mcdonald's parking lot a half block away. joe took care of us! he was so nice and helpful. he even gave us coffee that he buys himself so we would be comfortable in this hard time. This place is great! Joe, and everyone I've dealt with there, have been extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. They have always made time to help me out, usually on short notice. Top notch, 5 stars from me!

Unscheduled, and on about the coldest day of the year, I dropped off a flat tire to have them diagnose and fix the problem. Couple hours later, the tire was fixed and they quickly put it back on the car for me. All for *MUCH* less than I was expecting. They even put air into my spare tire (which was mostly flat) when I initially dropped the flat off to be fixed. Great, friendly, helpful staff. 100% recommend stopping in to see them for all your repair needs!!

EDIT: Stopped in again for more tire issues and Blake, Jax, and everyone at the shop were friendly and helpful. Zero reservations about recommending them. I am completely satisfied.
