Target

I know the in-store shopping is rough, but I shop online with free drive up and it's a great way to get what you need and support this store staying open. The curbside team is great and I've never had an error on my orders.

I always prefer target over walmart. I dont mind paying a little more there. They have higher quality stuff. Not as many people there but best of all is the people whi shoo there have a bit more class than those at walmart

Overall experience shopping at target is great! I love to get out and view all the different items. The selections are varied and have a nice array of selections from different vendors. I enjoy the super targets even more, with the addition of grocery, and a larger store format for even more display room. The downside is a little on the privacy side for checkout in public fashion. The available cashiers are getting scarce and the line with automated checkout is also slow. In my experience, I often need the interaction of employee and prefer to go that route as I tend too find one problem or more with my method of interaction with the auto payment machine. Moreover, I find in much cumbersome to check and scan items efficiently in the cramped space provided. Say if regular registers were cleared out and the process could expand for do it yourself, and have a few more "Monitors" providing assitance when needed instead of what's there now. In discussing with app and store inventory. There seems to be gap. This is not uncommon with only Target, but industry wide. So I fail on occassion using app to locate item of interest, only to find it gone or unaccounted for. However, sometimes the process can be fun as I wander about and meet some other people. I also may find other items of interest and provide a friendly greeting to people who may want to know about what I do.

I'll always love this store for doing its best in a less-than-great spot.

This is my favorite Target location! I had no fewer than *four* friendly interactions with staff today during a quick trip--with several employees who were restocking shelves in the area I was visiting, and with the cashier. So much Target love. :-)

Barbara is so sweet and welcoming at the checkouts. She is very personable to everyone and each time I come to shop and see her working it makes me smile knowing there’s a friendly face who is also so great at their job juggling multiple customers and checkouts all with a cool calm demeanor. Thanks Barbara I’ll come by again!

Target is reliable in its good value, cleanliness, and staff helpfulness. I also appreciate their continued investment and presence in my neighborhood and city.

Barbara was the best at the self checkout. She was very helpful and such a delight. She had great energy and expressed the love for her job.

The process is efficient and perfect for when I just need a few specific items. It also makes it easy to fit it the task into a work day and my dogs can enjoy a car ride running this errand with me. I appreciate that Target launched both the process and the tech to do Drive Up Pick Ups so swiftly during Covid pandemic. I further appreciate how they continue to improve the experience and invest in ways to keep.both their customers and their employees safe.

The employees are incredibly helpful, patient, and courteous which is very much appreciated. It's always very clean and they have lots of security, which is much needed in that neighborhood right now. The only thing I hate is that they no longer have a restaurant inside. The other locations I've recently been to no longer have them either. It's more like take your food and get out of here lol

Great customer service

Love the curbside pick up option and that there's even an option that includes bike pick ups! Clerks were so considerate they bagged my purchase to accommodate my bike. Target has nailed curbside pickup!
Most recently I had to go into the store. Check out line was moving slowly. Customer service clerk was idle. I needed to buy gift cards and didn't know how to do that at self check out. Asked customer service if he could help and he willing agreed to ring up the GCs and my entire order. Stellar customer service!

Aside from the excellent location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel safe and I highly recommend this store.

Great service and products!

Checkout clerk Amran works in the fast lane checkout. Amran always greets me and other with kindness and respect. Amran really enjoys her job. When I go through the express checkout lane a always look forward to seeing her, she makes my day!

Always clean and friendly service.

I loved the experience , Never saw my self as an target shopper before into I saw the wide variety and there free deals. Honestly the store was pretty good some safety hazards involving tipped shelves, and some brokern glass on the floor but other wise pretty good. And some guy even gave me a free Icee not gonna lie. Overall experience was pretty good and even got a free xbox.

I like the friendly lady who i believe to be a Somali lady. Every time i do the self checkout she has been helpful to me. when i had issues and just the sweetest person. She always puts a smile on my face.

Came here to pick up some deck chairs. I hadn't figured out how to do drive up versus picking up the order inside and when the employee in guest services saw that I would struggle to bring a car seat and six deck chairs to my vehicle they instinctively carried the chairs out to my car and loaded them up without being asked. It was really kind and made my day.

I've always been a very big fan of Target and this one is no exception. The only problem I have with this specific location is one of the security guards that looks a little overweight and Hispanic with a very wispy looking mustache. He's been inappropriate more than once and I saw him checking out my girlfriend after I even caught him and gave him a look that I saw him. It seemed this was enough to cause a grudge between us and he said that I needed to leave because I had been browsing for more than five minutes without finishing my purchases. I usually spend at least 20 minutes in a Target unless it's for one item only. That's my only issue with this target otherwise just like the rest I've ever been to in the country they are wonderful stores.

Friday the 28th of this month my girlfriend and I were having trouble setting up her TracPhone. We first went to electronics but no one there could do anything. Then we met Frances in customer service and returns. Probably should be called the miracle worker. Frances patiently took the time and extraordinary effort to set up the phone. Frances is an exceptional employee and I just wanted to be sure credit is given where credit is due. Thanks again Frances you're the best. Target is fortunate to have an employee of your caliber.
