super nice and helpful staff, Matt the owner is there every day and will help carry boxes out to your car, no other liquor store I've been to in the world does that. Eastlake rocks!!! 🤘

The place to come in an truly feel welcoming like family!!!! * I believe I'm bad with names but, Tony & Matt were a great help. They definitely gave great advice for liquor or beer & became very helpful. If you can at least stop in an say hi definitely not disappointing.

The fact that it's still the neighborhood family owed store that's been around for at least 40yrs is beautiful. And the service remains A1

Both of the employees that I encountered were kind, welcoming, and mindful of COVID precautions when I was there in Dec 2020. The prices were reasonable and they had a variety of options!

One of the best liquor stores in Mpls. Friendly staff, with a good combination of the basics and just enough craft/specialty to get something for everybody.

The Owner "Matt" remembers every customer by name, once you introduce yourself. Cold beverage selection is somewhat limited compared to other nearby locations, but they always have what I need. Also, this store maintains it's suburban feel, whereas others in the area can be really "urban" and tough.

I used to love this liquor store when I lived in the area. Everyone was so friendly. I got a T-shirt one of the first times I went there and then noticed how many people had them around the area as I was out and about. It always strikes up a good conversation . Everyone loves East Lake Liquor!

My favorite liquor store! Staff is always friendly, never dull. I refuse to take my business to any other liquor store. Prices are fair. They have a good warm and cold beer selection. I have never been unstatisfied while shopping here! I have been going here for as long as I can remember and that will not change. The owner is a very kind man and deserves a high five for his well-ran liquor store!

My favorite liquor store. South side landmark for sure! been around for ever. Mat the owner is a very nice guy. Miss seeing his mother there. Staff is funny and friendly.

They offer a large selection of wine, beer, cider, and spirit liquor. Staff is always friendly. I love Lake Street, and this store is part of the reason.

East Lake Liquors is our go to store to buy our favorite beers. Ample parking, convenient location and the Employees are helpful and polite. Can't ask for much more!❤❤❤

Best lil neighborhood liquor store there ever was !!! It’s not where you go to to find the crazy speciality beers , but they have what you need when you need it. Be sure to ask about buying a cool shirt. They always change the colors which is really fun

East Lake is the premier liquor store of the south side!

There's a shipping cart in the front of the store filled with discontinued bottles of wine. 🍷 wow. I mean, it's a grab bag of possibilities. I've had a well aged bottle for the price of a young whippersnapper. It's a good place to teach yourself what you like. There's also strawberry pie peach googah you need to put on ice on a pontoon for lake Minnetonka. It really depends on what they're trying to ditch.

Love this store. They always have what you need. I had a drink recipe once and they helped pick out all the ingredients I needed. It turned out fabulous.
