The best place in town for dental care! Working with Dr. Shoukr and the entire team has been amazing. They make going to the dentist simple and enjoyable, and provide top tier care. From Invisalign to regular cleanings, they do excellent work, and have made lifelong patients from our family.

Every so often you come to a place and you think- these people are doing what they are meant to do in this world. I absolutely love this practice. I have met Dr. Shoukr and Dr. Nickodemis (for myself and my son). They are absolutely fabulous. Shaiyan is the hygienist we see- what an absolute GEM she is. I tell everyone I can about you guys all the time. This is hands down the best dental practice I have been to. See you all in 6 months!

Dr. Kotre has created the most amazing team of best-ever dentists… I’m always happy when I have her help, but have found her partners to be just as kind, caring, and excellent in their work as is she! I’d have never thought it possible, but I’ve actually really liked going to the dentist - every time I’ve gone to Dr. Kotre for help these past four years. She’s not only professional and as skilled as they come, she’s fun to talk with. Besides all that, she makes the experience easy and painless. This is the only dentist I’ll ever go to from now on. I’m glad my daughter recommended her.

The hygienists are great, the doctors are great, and usually the reception desk is also great. I will always recommend this office because I love my hygienist and Dr Kotre.

Dr. Kotre is absolutely amazing, and cares about her patients very much. She is very skilled at anesthetizing hard to numb patients, and is fantastic with patients that are more anxious. I have seen many dentists and would and have recommend her to all of family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. Kotre since I was a little girl. Well, my whole family and I have been going. I even have my fiance going! I have received nothing but fantastic service with Dr. Kotre and the dental hygienist. She recommended the perfect Orthodontist for my braces and now my teeth are as straight as can be! Shannon Norman-Kotre is one of the best and also kindest dentists around. I have gone to other excellent dentists around, but chose Shannon because of her up to date dental practice. She stays on top of all the latest techniques and is always informed of anything new that is relevant to each of her patients.

Most importantly, she treats each patient with a holistic approach. You know when you come to your appointment, Shannon's professional staff makes you feel welcome and always makes you feel good when you come through the door. It is always a positive experience to come into the office.

I never have any trouble getting an appointment, if you have an emergency the staff does everything possible to have you seen right away or they will make a referral. Shannon has great colleagues that she uses for referrals.

I had my first visit to Shannon Norman-Kotre's dental practice today for an exam and a cleaning; my first in a couple of years. Shannon and her staff (specifically Sharon and the front desk ladies) were phenomenal. They all greeted me with a smile and engaged in cheery small talk while also inquiring about where I come from/my background. They even offered several enthusiastic "congratulations" after hearing about my new job. I felt very welcome at the office throughout the entire process. Shannon and Sharon were both genuinely interested in my dental health and never criticized me for my habits but always offered very positive, constructive advice to improve things. Both were incredibly conversational and made the appointment fly by. In addition, they were receptive to my financial situation and made very honest recommendations that met my needs; both dentally and financially. I really appreciated finding a dental office with this level of customer service and dedication to doing what is best for their patients. Shannon is definitely someone you can trust, hands down. Thumbs up for Shannon Norman-Kotre's office and I look forward to remaining a loyal patient!

I never thought I'd write a great review for a dental practice, but my experience with this practice is so good, I found I had to comment. I really can't say enough good things about this practice. They explain things thoroughly, give options, schedule flexibly, are sensitive to fear, control pain well, do excellent work (seriously), and are friendly and welcoming. Their prices are fair, and they work with you.

I have known Dr. Kotre personally for several years from church, and have been a patient for the last 2 years after my previous dentist retired.

Dr. Kotre does great work. She is excellent with children, having taken care my five kids since they have started going the dentist (over 10 years). I highly recommend her for both adults & children.

Friendly staff that know there stuff! Always answered all my questions completely. Shannon and her group were recommended to me by my orthodontist and they met every expectation.
