I wish I could give 10 stars! Keller Williams Preferred Reality was by far the BEST experience! My husband and I were first time home owners as a couple, we were also 7 months pregnant at the time and were really looking for that perfect family home to start our lives in! Ryan Custodio was FANTASTIC! He had the utmost patience as we had taken him to some "spooky shacks" we liked to call them but didn't complain once and took each house (regardless of how unlikely they were) very seriously and talked us though the specs and really understood the in's and out's of not just the house but the surrounding areas! When we finally picked our house - after a long month of looking - he sat us down and talked us through the entire purchasing process that sort of went over our heads, but took to time to clear up any questions or concerns and just really made the entire process easy, and so non-stressful!! We now have a beautiful house all thanks to Ryan and his wonderful and SUPER HELPFUL team. They exceeded all of our expectations and we will absolutely go through Keller Williams Preferred Realty if we ever decide to purchase again! Thank you!
