Jessica Nehring was our family’s realtor during a very trying time. Our mom passed and Jessica helped navigate our family through the selling process of mom’s condo. She helped us find someone to do the consignment of everything in the condo, helped us through the condo inspection and paperwork process and gently guided us through the offer process. She even took care of arranging someone to do the final cleaning! Jessica was outstanding! There were six of us as sellers and her patience, understanding and guidance was very much appreciated. Her down-to-earth presence combined with her knowledge made it so much easier to understand the twists and turns in the selling process. I've known Jessica a long time and she was my first choice when my fiancé and I decided to buy a home. We are both first time home buyers and she was so knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Any questions we asked she knew the answer to and was able to quell any anxieties we had.
