Mark Wasvary's response time is enviable. I never have had to wait for an answer. He is thorough and efficient. As a landlady, I've had to take the same tenants to court a few times. He resists telling me I TOLD YOU SO and just chuckles a little. He is also able to do other documents for me as I have needed them for reasonable rates. One time I had a tenant emergency come up as I was locked in a basement bathroom somewhere oddly enough. I told him I may have to hang up on him if someone breaks me out, but I need an immediate answer because my husband is arguing with a tenant right now and his emergency is bigger than mine. After my answer he offered to come break me out of the bathroom too. He said he is at my service. He was probably kidding, but it was nice to hear. Eventually some painters in the building broke me out. Never a dull moment in the life of a landlady!!!! Mark Wasvary makes it all much easier though.

Wonderful experience!!! Helps me with all my legal issues and is very nice!!!

I will even not give him a star.
He is unprofessional and non respectful.
I don’t recommend him, save your many and time.
