My sales rep Andrew was phenomenal in helping me move from prepaid over to a post paid plan of my choosing. The process was effortless.

I am a senior citizen who has been an AT&T cust for 20:,years. I thought my phone was done. Andrew had it working fine within minutes. Even answered more questions on the phone and on a second visit. He was wonderful.

It’s rare to find people that really care the way that Andrew cared to take the time today to help me upgrade, phones, and resolve an issue with a prior upgrade. Having a person with his character as part of your team is certainly a huge benefit to all of us ! Keep on doing awesome things Andrew!

I had a very strange issue with our account that took a couple hours to resolve, but every employee was so nice and helpful through the whole process!

I had an issue with my Apple Watch Series 7. Both Marlena & Nick went above and beyond to spend over an hour and a half to work with me & the ATT tech support to fix the issue. Now this is great customer service. Give these both a raise!

Edit: I had a similar issue again on July 23. Adam was patient to work with me resolve the issue. Great service!

Edit: Mach 7,2024: I just got a new Ultra and had sync issues with the cellular. But Marlena was there to help again. She is knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. If the leaders at ATT are reading this, you should be appreciating her for going above and beyond for being a great employee and ambassador for ATT.

The manager Trey was super helpful and professional! He answered all questions and solved our problem. His sales associate Brian was the best! Definitely will go to this location from now on!

DUK and Penny were awesome. Together they solved all my issues in record time.

Andrew K is a great rep to work with. He was very knowledgeable and dealt with my many concerns and addressed them all. He worked really hard to get us what we needed. This will definitely be the location and rep I will continue to deal with. Everyone who worked in the store were polite and respectful. It made me feel good about switching to AT&T.

Brian Lilly was excellent today helping me switch from US Cellular to AT&T. He went above and beyond to get me switched over even though US Cellular did not make it easy for us. He’s super friendly and a great conversationalist. Even made me laugh out loud a bunch of times. Thanks so much Brian.

My husband decided to open a business account with att last month. Today I made the switch from Verizon after my phone started to lag and multiple hours of calling around the Verizon stores looking for the iPhone 14 pro max. I called the store on Dodge st and was helped by Duk , in less than 1 minute he checked the stores inventory, confirmed they had it and set it aside for me. I’ve heard bad things about ATT’s customer service and i can truly say that this is the first time I’ve had an amazing experience opening a new line. Duk is very outgoing, sympathetic, transparent, quick and the most important of it all, NOT PUSHY! 100% recommend scheduling an appointment with him !

AT&T on 78th dodge help me out a lot. I was having issues with customer service on the phone and in council bluffs location. I came in this store and they solved my problem right away. I’m so thankful for all the help Andrew kallio gave me. He had so much knowledge of what what going on. Very well trained! I’m very pleased with the customer service.

I just had the best experience with Marlena at the 78th and Dodge location in Omaha,Ne.
She took so much time to make sure all three of my phones were activated and help me with so many other problems I was having with one of my older phones.
She is a great asset to your company!!!
