My husband and I were so lucky to have stumbled upon Aubrey Hess at the very start of our house hunting journey. Having moved to Omaha only a few months ago, we knew we loved the area but had no idea where to begin out home search. We had made calls to a handful of realtors in the area, and were let down each time by their lack of friendliness and disregard for us as people; it was apparent that we were just another number. When we called Aubrey, we let her know that we were in the very early stages of looking for our first home, and her bubbly personality hooked us! She was extatic that we were going to be first time homebuyers, and dumped knowledge on us (this woman is S.M.A.R.T.), showing us that, with her spunk and love for realestate, we would be in excellent hands. She set us up with a lender who also blew us out of the water with how great he was to work with, an inspector who was impressivly thorough, and many more allstars along the way. We finally found our perfect home and she fought like a dog for us when we had last minute issues with the house (like... day of closing last minute)! Wether you are selling, buying, or anything in between, Aubrey is a realestate savage and you want her on your team!

Horrible experience with Oscar, he just walked into our house with a group of 4 other people while we were at work. He was very pushy and rude with my neighbor (we live in a duplex) he put the notice in our mail box when it should have been posted on the door so that it could be seen. Our land lord is elderly and starting to show signs of dementia so I think he's trying to take advantage of him. Which is a pretty scum bag type of thing to do, I highly recommend you stay far away from this business. Very unprofessional
