We had a great time with our kiddo here. There were lots of games to play for different ages. We only came across 2 games that were out of order. We got the all you can play for 60 mins card and it was reasonably priced and a good value. The staff was friendly. We didn't eat there, but I noticed they have a gluten free pizza on the menu. They also have coupons on their website.

We had a great experience! I hadn’t been in 15 years and the Omaha location has been remodeled recently and was very clean.
So many games for unlimited play cards and it was nice to not have to pay just to get in for those with food allergies who can’t eat the Food.
The woman who worked at the cashier was very kind and went above and beyond explaining things to our group who had never been before.
I also appreciated the large open area so it’s easy to keep track of kids!

be aware that chuck e. cheese isn't the same place it was years and years ago! there has been remodeling, and they've sort of fallen out of trend. nonetheless, it's cheap and fun! don't expect some big, amazing place, but it isn't crowded and the pizza is actually incredible. they also have beer and wine, and the staff is lovely! please please please give LEAH a raise and a promotion. she went above and beyond for everyone there, and was endlessly patient and knowledgeable. what a gem of a person and employee, the type that should be given the chance to climb the ladder if possible! without her assistance and attitude, it wouldn't have been as great of an experience. it's rare to find workers these days that really truly highlight a guest's experience, cherish her.

I came here 10 years ago and it was, for lack of better words “ick”. It’s been redone. They got rid of the run down tube/balloon/play place. All the games worked. Carpet is clean. Employee Susan was so helpful in explaining how it all worked, as I asked her serval question during the 2 hours we were there: and price can’t be beat! $30 for an hour of entertaining worked out great. Also $50 on food which we would have spent going to eat somewhere anyway. Huge variety of games as well. Will be coming again

This year i have already had 2 of my kids burthdays here! They just remodeled and it is so bright and cheery now! Games are great it is clean the pizza is awesome. I was sick of doing bounce house places for birthdays and overpriced trampoline parks. Here we got 2 full hours of unlimited games and even ticket games so they all got prizes at the end, it came with pizza for everyone cute nice chucke cheese cups with bendy staws for each kid, dippin dots for everyone and extra tickets for each kid and the birthday kid got to go in the ticket blaster and collect more tickets. I had a 5 year old birthday and a 9 year old birthday here and both ages had a blast! As a parent you dont even really have to watch them too close like at the pizza machine where they get lost in a minute and I have never seen a kid place put theinvisable ink on the kids hands to match the numbers to the parent so noone gets taken with the wrong person and they have someone at the door so kids dont just run out. The staff os very attentive and check in on your party all the time. They also do birthday kid dance parties with charector chuck e who walks around. All in all have a birthday party here you wont regret it you get alot for what you pay! I did the $26 package.

Nice day 2 do indoor activities. It was raining out. We sure missd the animatronics. Thing of the past unfortunately. My son & I just played games. He is on spring break.

Pretty awesome for my littles they have lots of choices in arcade games and they are not expensive either. On the other hand the pizza is good pizza but horribly high priced . But we have a jolly good time for sure

A child friendly place with an armed guard. Definitely looking out for you is what that says.
The pizza we got, chicken alfi, was most excellent indeed all the way to the crust.
The chicken nuggets and fries on the other hand... A bit burned, but real chicken so that's good, definitely some home made batter on it.
Fries were oddly burned also... Maybe just a bad day..
Anyway the fries were ok but real potato's so that's good, real food in this kitchen.
Two options for games, points or unli games for x time. Very cool options. Very reasonable prices. And it was a decent experience for our 20 month old. She even saw Chuck E.

We are celebrating my daughter's birthday. We loved it. The children had a lot of fun and we adults also had a great time. It's an excellent place for children. All the employees are very friendly.

It was very good and the people were nice at the prize table and gave my little sister a 500 ticket price for only 251 tickets because she was sad and they gave me a jasper t jowls plush for only 700 tickets!

Our hostess was absolutely amazing! She did a terrific job of helping out and explaining how things worked to me (I've never been before). Our son Jacob had a blast and so did all his friends and family!

We have come to this location plenty of time over the years. Tonight we had fun as usual. It was a clean, safe place to take our young girls. They had an officer on site so it was super safe. The officer was nice and so was my new favorite Chuckie Cheese employee, Freddy. She delivered great customer service.

Obviously a place to take your kids, but the pizza is unnecessarily good. Like I think it's one of my favorite pizza's. The crust is perfect, sure the center is a little thin and wobbly, but you cannot beat that crunch, perfect crust. And the games are cool too! Staff is great and understanding. It is really a great place to take your family.

We brought our 3 year old here for her birthday. We had a great time and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The girl working the front, i think her name was candace, was so sweet and my daughter loved talking to her! A couple games were off, but 99% of the games they have out, worked great and were fun and nostalgic. I saw someone wiping down the games and tables the entire time we were playing and we spent about 4 hours here. You can tell this place is old, but the management was on top of it, walking around checking the games and trying to turn the building around. We will definitely be back after our good experience! Thank you for making my daughter feel special on her special day!

So clean! Unlimited play for an hour is an awesome deal. All the games worked as they should and there were a lot of new and different games. Would definitely recommend.

It's a million times better since it's been remodeled. So clean and no mold smell by the drinks. The staff is so much more friendly. Only issue was my husband had to wait quit a bit for lettuce for the salad bar.

We went there today for my daughter’s 5th Birthday. It was a delightful experience. I normally never write reviews, but after reading all the negative reviews I felt like I had to.

Tony was our host, and he did an excellent job on making sure that all of our needs were met. Alex was the manager and He made a point on making sure that our experience was the best.

The place was very clean and nicely redone. ( including the bathrooms!) All the machines were working. We were told that 6 months ago they switched from tokens to a card play system. ( I think that works better for guests because now almost all games are only 1 point!)

The food was delicious! I remember before pizzas were greasy and just okay flavor. But all of the parents of the kids who were invited kept commenting on how delicious the pizzas are now!!

Also on a price point, it was super affordable! I priced out most every type of party. And we chose this because it was so much more inexpensive compared to others!!

To sum it up, one of the guests who were leaving turned to their parent and said, “this was the best party ever!”

One of my family's favorite places to go! I love all the kids games. Wish they'd have more balls for nearly every game and the wait time to order tickets and food was less. They've done better at keeping the games working lately but the ticket munchers still suck....just weigh them! (also most skee ball games don't work. The photo drawing booth is one of our favorite things! Great salad bar and love the low cost of games.

Kids had a blast. We got the 45 min card and won 584 tickets

Wow, had such a good time. The drinks were excellent. And the games hit HARD
