Ray Catena Jaguar of Edison Service

I had to bring my Jaguar in for service for multiple issues. I was informed that it would take at least 4-5 days for repair. My service advisor, Jimmy Hernandez, provided excellent customer service. He kept me updated on the progress of my car and even got my car back to me 2 days earlier. It was a pleasure working with Jimmy and I'm a very satisfied customer!

Ray Catena in Edison NJ made getting my Jaguar serviced simple, easy and convenient. I also need to specifically call out Jimmy, the head service manager. He was super helpful, courteous & kept me abreast of the progress every step was the way. A++

The service is the Best, Thomas Grzybek is a great guy , my wife has a F Pace, loves the car and we had service once and a flat tire. Thomas Grzybek took care of us in a day, his crew was also very friendly and nice. Great place Ray Catena.

Average service and price...

I sent my vehicle on August 16th for servicing. Keith, my service advisor called me later that day and told me that it will take 2 to 3 days for their technician to take care of the problem. Nobody called me for the next 4 days. I sent an email to Keith 5 days later and no response. I called later that day and spoke to Carlos and he told me that he will pass on my message to Keith the following day. At the end of the following day I had received no message or call back so I called again and spoke to Keith. This was exactly 7 Days later. Nobody had even touched my vehicle till then and I was told that it'll take another 2 to 3 days before anybody will even look at my vehicle. I have dealt with Ray Catena Mercedes for the last 20 years and I have purchased six different vehicles from them and done my services over there without any problems all these years. This is horrible experience with Ray Catena Jaguar service department and I would not recommend them at all. There are several other better options for servicing. I will be picking up my vehicle tomorrow and take it somewhere else. I will be definitely sending my opinions to the Jaguar headquarters as well.
