The Home Depot

My favorite "go to" place for all your home and garden needs. They have a wonderful, helpful and courteous staff and a beautiful assortment of plants, (floral and vegetable); a good selection of herbs and fruits. When working inside, Home Depot has provided the necessary supplies to update my kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. This is my home away from home and I would be lost without them. Thank you Home Depot. From a loyal and devoted customer.

I’ve always loved this Home Depot location and it’s time to write a review for it. The shelves are always stocked. Bathrooms are clean enough for me to be comfortable to bring my baby into. But the sales associates and managers at this store are what really set it apart. Andre is true blessing from heaven. He is kind and patient and helps you find exactly what you need in the tool section. Daisy is a true delight in the garden section. She remembers you and will help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Paul on the register is quick and pleasant. And then there Rob—one of the managers. I was looking for garden fencing and having the most difficult time locating it. Rob took his time to help me find exactly what I needed and my baby and I were on our way home to finish the garden. I visit this location about once a week since owning a home and now with gardening season I’m there even more. So so grateful to live so close to such a great Home Depot.

Online pickup worked great. The paint department guy. (older) was super helpful. Helped me tint my rustoleum concrete paint. Fast efficient and nice. Don't always see that in big box stores. Also the paint rep was there and helped me like he worked for home depot. Edison NJ store Feb2020.

Rene Villagrade is from kitchen cabinets department he is so good and honest and friendly . definitely I would like to come again and buy my all stuff from here and I will suggest my friends to come and buy from this area store .

Didn't have what I was looking for but Sales people were so polite, and tried to be helpful. Friendliness is rare today, so they made me feel like a Important customer. Thank you Management for training

Found what I need that in most cases in this stores some of them you never find what you looking for or no one to ask, but had a quick visit on this location and found what I need, very friendly cashier and customer service was great.

It's a good store, clean, and the people ask if you need help and walk you to what your looking for.

A Great place with really good prices. You can find anything You want to Build, to repair, tools etc. Good trades to choose in Good Price.

Although a little off the beaten path, the customer service was excellent. Both the customer service rep and the cashier I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Also, the store was not overcrowded so it was easy to navigate. I would encourage people to visit this location in Edison. I was surprised that there weren't many people in the store at about 6pm on a Tuesday.

It’s people like Tony who work at Home Depot on Saturday 18th June that makes us come back again to this store. What an amazing person who shared his wealth of knowledge with us. I hope this review gets him the recognition he deserves.

Additionally Tracy the store manager was an absolute gem as she help navigate a mix up with using store credit.

We were visiting our sister in New Jersey. Wanted to buy certain garden tools and fertilizer.

So came to this Home Depot.

Not being from this area, we had to look for those articles that we needed. Got our things and was happy with the options they had.

We found the staff friendly and willing to help.

I'm pulling a 10 ft wide oversize load parked here Monday night and the next morning I had major issues with my truck. Talked to the Manger and he let me drop my trailer so I can get towed to a shop to get it fixed. They didn't have my trailer towed and even coned off my trailer. They are awesome to deal with. I appreciate the help they gave me when I was trying to figure out what was going on with my truck.

I would like to commend Trish, an employee at this store who sat down with me and called other Home Depots in the area to help me find a specific screen door. She went out of her way to assist this stressed-out customer. Due to her exemplary customer service, I found and bought the door in the Woodbridge store. Thank you, Trish!

Staff is helpful and friendly. Everything is fairly easy to find. Prices are all very responsible.

They always ready to help and very clean

Just got back from purchasing a grave blanket for the cemetery. But the blanket was not provided with the steaks to hold them into the ground. I found an associate named Andre who went way out of his way to help me. Above and beyond! He was very courteous and very helpful. Thank you again Andre.

They have everything, but I have a new reason to go. I am a fan of the "Zep" cleaning products and they have them ALL and cheaper than any place else I have found. They also have a large variety of growing seeds for my garden

Can't say enough good things about this place! I've been going to this home Depot for over 15 years and every time I walk in I'm greeted with a friendly smile and a hello! The staff there is exceptionally knowledgeable and have helped me out on more than a few occasions with a project. their online pickup is pretty exceptional as well. They have a great system where if you have small items, they can be put in lockers and you don't even have to interact with the staff. Their tool selection is great and their garden section is always well stocked! Highly recommended!

I went in to get a copy of a key made. I was admittedly in a bad mood however Franklin helped me with keys and he was so calm, patient, and sweet. He is such a nice employee and a wonderful asset to your store. Please send along my sincere thanks for his assistance. His sweet demeanor made my day. I hope he will be recognized for his commitment to customer satisfaction and for his kindness.

The location is convenient for me and it is easy to get on and off while travelling south bound on route 1. The staff was friendly and the self checkout representative was very gracious in helping me.
