Walgreens

I don't know why others are complaining. I always get good service here at this location. The pharmacy staff are always very helpful, especially when it comes to verifying my insurance and making sure I don't pay more than I need to. As far as long lines, it's all about timing. Don't show up at 5 or 6 when everyone is coming by on their way home from work. Every place is short staffed, so I applaud any employee that actually goes to work. Keep up the good work and don't let others bring you down.

This is now my favorite Walgreens! Very clean, well-stocked, great parking lot, 24 HOURS! I needed some things but didn't finish work until midnight in Piscataway. I live in Hackettstown. No pharmacies are open by me, but this Walgreens stays open 24 hours! I received EXCELLENT Customer service from Mr. Jones!!!! Friendly, helpful, professional and showed real customer care! He invited me to his register, helped me find something, didn't just "point". Warm smile, looked me in the eye and listened! He helped me enroll for their Rewards program and saved me money. I will definitely go back. I felt like a person, not just a number.

Olivia was really helpful and she went above and beyond her duties. She helped me as best as she can and answered my questions with patience and helpful way. Thank you for your help and making Walgreens customer experience better.

It is busy no doubt about that. You will probably wait. Everyone is working hard. I feel good going here. My daughter left her wallet here and they went above and beyond to make sure she got it. If you don’t like to wait definitely don’t go. I use the pharmacy and we go fairly often.

I really don’t post reviews, however, I was lost and had no phone service. I was greeted by Beverly and I must say, she is one of the nicest people I have met in Edison. As a visitor from Georgia, I didn’t expect to have such a friendly, customer service experience. I witnessed the staff go above and beyond to assist their customers. Good job guys!!

I usually go to CVS by Menlo Mall and since they did not have the medication in stock , my friend recommended to go to Walgreens. Pharmacy Manager , Ishan is one of the nicest pharmacist I have met and he helped me get my daughter's prescription by calling the doctor , since it was on backorder. This was my daughter's seizure medication and I cant thank him and his team for saving my daughter. THANK YOU WALGREENS . I will def come back to this walgreens for all my prescriptions

Very one is very helpful and friendly.
Anyone needs a flu shot my advice would be to call ahead for an appointment. With people needing flu and covin shots there are long lines.

I was really happy with the pharmacy as I was able to get a covid booster with little wait and a late evening slot(7:45pm). The staff was really kind and patient as well.
