INDOOR AMUSEMENT PARK. Came here for a b-day party. A huge warehouse facility with various rides, arcades, etc.. bowling and go-cart also available. Tickets definitely not cheap. Expect to spend at least $50 to enjoy here.

I don’t even know where to start! My baby boy turned 10 on Sunday so I had to do it big for him. The Funplex did NOT disappoint. From beginning to end! The ease of booking the party online was a breeze, then I got a call from management going over a few things and paid a deposit, 3 days before the final payment was made, then boom it was time to party. I had a party of 30 kids! Gina, one of the party managers came in and introduced herself to me she was so sweet! And then the real stars of the show were Danny and Quazy!! Literally the BEST party hosts ever!!!! Danny and Quazy I might need you to host my wedding! Haha Omg these guys were amazing! I know catering to 30 kids gave them a run for their money but not once did they seem upset, frustrated, or irritated. They were so patient, extremely helpful, and the kids truly had a blast with them!! I felt like they were family! The kids had a blast and I had countless parents telling me how much they loved the process of everything. Funplex team I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart for this unforgettable experience that not only my son and I had but the ENTIRE party! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

You're not going to find a better value for your money if you come here on a weekday. The amount of things you can do for the price of an unlimited band is fantastic. The staff was remarkably friendly and overall the place was really clean. (With the exception of the foam ball play area which looks like it's been neglected for quite some time) I'm sure it's absolutely packed on the weekend, but during the week this is like striking gold.

Went there with friends and had an amazing time. Multiple arcades and the racing cards was the best part. We didn't have time for the bowling which was sad. I want to go back!

This is a great indoor amusement park. It has many attractions for kids and families (my fav is the go-karts).
I have been here many times and we finally decided to celebrate my kid birthday there, and he and his friends had a blast!
The staff was very helpful and they clearly know how to host a party!

Great place for kids. Rides water park games cafe and unlimited fun. Perfect for birthday parties. Perfect for kids to spend 3-4 hours

Funplex has been upgrading services, when my children were younger there wasn't a section for a water park, but now they have pools, slides and outside activities to go along with the fun inside the arcade. Great place to take the children on a hot summer day for all of the available fun things to do or just do an inside event anytime of the year.... Highly recommended. Kids had a fantastic time. 👏🏾👏🏾

We had Lots of fun with family! Amazing Experience. Nothing much for 2 years old but older than that will love it! $25 for every game in it! What a steal! Will definitely go again. Did not try the waterpark though!

Overall the place has so much to offer.
Kids enjoyed bowling, kart, few rides and arcade games.

Some of the arcade games were not functioning. It happens almost for every visit we make.

Definitely a family friendly place. It is just that the music is too loud and get noisy that you feel so relieved as soon as you walk out of the place.
I guess all arcades and kids indoor play areas are like this.

This is surely the greatest place around! Hands down... So we came here without doing any research or anything. We were totally surprised how big this place is. First they have a lot of arcade games. Then they have virtual event area. Bowling lanes like 8 or something... they have rides for kids and grown ups. Food court. Bumper cars, go karts and then the outside section water park area which was closed for the winter. We are definitely going back. I would rate this place at 8.5 only because we couldn't go outside. We bought the $49.99 package with the extra $10.00 dollar as we only had 2 hours to stay. We had at least $25.00 left on the cards when we left. Amazing.....

We will return in the spring to check.out the outside and I will update the review.

Plenty of activities to do there to last a whole day and for all ages. Get a bang for your buck: unlimited go carts, bowling, laser tag, 3d theater. You do not get a lot of arcades for the entering price. Runs out in 5 min.

The first impression is everything, and I guarantee you, your very first one will last longer than you've ever thought!!!

The place is better than Dave and Buster for kids because it is only for kids and teenagers. Kids are waiting for an adult to finish playing the game they want to play. The location is tremendous! And it has an outdoor water park! Bowling, bumper cars, go-karts, laser tag, and so on! The entrance is in the back. Make sure you drive and park at the back of the building. Admission is 43 dollars. The sell food too.

If you want to have fun along your children, this is the place! You find amazing game for everyone. You pay a base price and that is it, it includes points to play with certain games and tlyou eill barely have to pay for any other game, a hour of bowling is included, tye race cars are included as many rides you want ( younger children can't drive by themselves and of course you need to follow certain rules just for safety reasons) kids have a blast in every section of the place, and what is amazing is that we as parents get to play with our children. Every penny that we spent in this place was amazing. ( FOOD IS A BIT PRICEY, BUT THEIR WINGS ARE 🔥

Very fun for group events, there was bowling and some indoor rides. Might've not given it a 5 start but I kinda popped off during the indoor go-kart, little jimmy did not see me coming. I was a literal blur of nothing but pure speed. Some would say I'm a young flash. Don't even get me started on the laser tag man was I am elite soldier I was topping the leader boards expect for big guy Dave that man can aim. I've never seen so many people get blasted like that since the year 1405 when george Washington beat the British in a dance battle. Any way fun time really cool 7/7

Super fun place and very well kept. It’s like the middle ground between a Chuck E Cheese and a Six Flags. Rather impressive. Had my kid’s 7th bday party here and they had their minds blown 🤯

This was my first time going to this place. It was my cousin's sons birthday. This place is big. There is so much fun to do for the kids between the bumper car to the laser tag. They have a food area where you and you family can have a good meal. Its just like most fun place but with more of a carnival feel to it. It is a bit far away if you live in the bronx, you would need to have a car to drink out to the place but it is a great place to bring friends and family. I will be back again with the kids.

A good, close, and fun place for all ages. Prices for tickets (early bird special)were very reasonable. The kids had tons of fun, and we will definitely visit again.

My first experience with FunPlex today and it was really something. We arrived at 1:30 and left about 6:30 this Presidents’s day. Took my 9 and 11 year old daughters along with two of their friends.

I have to tell you that from the minute we hit the check in counter until we left I was just so impressed by every employee with whom I interacted. They were kind and sweet and friendly and helpful. I almost felt like I had made friends because over the five hours we were there whenever I passed a person with whom I had interacted earlier they remembered me, smiled at me and acknowledged me. I felt so welcome all day long.

That’s a culture that’s hard to teach and exemplify and it was so impressive. One young woman I observed just sweeping up popcorn or cleaning up after people left their tables was so amazing I had to find someone to tell them. I would hire her in an instant. She was so dedicated to doing her job and doing it well.

The people who took care of the machines were cordial and effective. One young lady who was actually not a part of the machine crew nevertheless came to help me, explained what the issue was and made sure I knew where she was in case it didn’t resolve as expected. The ticket redemption counter associates were playful and played along when we tried to guess how many tickets we had won (calculated by weight). They made suggestions. Handled children’s changed minds with humor and patience.

The facilities were spotless everywhere bathrooms were pristine all day long.

I realize that this review hasn’t necessarily focused on my kids experience yet but that was also wonderful. Our wrist bands included Laser Tag, indoor rides they enjoyed. Games, Bowling, The Dark Ride, SOME video games and more. Now there’s a big focus on ticket generating machines. Games to engage you as you stockpile tickets for the inevitable end of visit redemption. There are also “claw machines” of many different types that are one play only. This is their business model. That’s how they make money. FunPlex is not a budget afternoon. Particularly on a weekend or holiday. If saving money is your goal, stay away from the the ticket and claw games. If budget is less important, play away. They’re fun!

What it was for me, however, was a great way to occupy my kids and their friends for 5 hours and they would have stayed longer.

Keep in mind we’re visiting in February so a whole facet of FunPlex (the outdoor water park) was not in service. Still had a great time.

Fun and cute. They have multiple rides; some a taller sibiling/ adult may need to ride. A seperate table for birthday party check in. They have bumber cars, go kart racing, bowling, laser tag, and a virtual station. They have a food court in the back offering wings, pizza, drinks.
