The Home Depot

I recently visited this Home Depot today, on my way back from last licks creamery. I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me with anything I needed.

I was in the market for a can of paint and garden lights. The staff member in the paint and light sections was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and helped me find exactly what I needed. He even answered all of our questions.

The checkout process was smooth and efficient, and the cashier was also very friendly and professional. I appreciated how they took the time to double-check that I had everything I needed and thanked me for shopping with them.

Overall, my experience at Home Depot was excellent, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of home improvement products or services. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience, and I will definitely be returning for all my future home improvement needs.

What a great idea to hold kids' workshops! Everything was well-organized: plenty of kits, tools, and paint to decorate (or did we just come early?😜)

I went back and forth with him for picking new shades for my bedrooms, he was so patient and helped a lot with my order! This is the best customer service I’ve ever had with Home Depot. If you need new window treatments, do not hesitate to reach to him, best!

I came here yesterday (Wednesday afternoon) with my 12 yr old son to buy some supplies for my garden. All of the employees (besides one woman who refused to mark down a succulent/cactus who had become 100% unrooted and was going to wind up in the trash). She thought throwing a plant out is a better idea then charging me for the pot & giving me a chance to save it’s life). That was my only unpleasant interaction with any of the staff. All of the other staff were very kind, patient and were willing to share their knowledge with me. The plants in the garden department were plentiful & seemed to be in excellent condition. When I was unable to locate an item I needed, the friendly staff actually walked me directly to what I needed and I appreciate that so much. When we finished our shopping, self checkout had no line. I tend to avoid self checkout due to the sensitivity of the machines, but decided to go for it, rather then stand in line. Of course, I accidentally messed something up during the process, but there was a friendly staff member very close by and happy to help!
This store is well organized, well stocked and clean. I enjoy coming to this Home Depot.

Have shopped this store for years and have always been satisfied. Recently, I had an excellent customer service experience with Michael who helped me with a gift return when I couldn't get the receipt. He was very helpful and took care of everything so I didn't have to make a return trip. Keep up the great work Michael!

Great place. Costumer service has help me in location what I need even when I didn't know the name they guide me to the right direction. Definitely recommend

This one is for Ro. I called Home Depot 5 minutes before closing time and she was so helpful and nice. I wasn't rushed off the phone. I wish the Home Depots around my area were this accommodating. This store definitely has a fantastic employee.

I want to thank HD for hosting these really amazing DIY kids programs. It's really appreciated and gives me even more reason to come back to shop. Besides the crafty workshops, this location does a great job. Staff are helpful and willing to help if you need. Keep up the great work!

We love this Home Depot. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. As new home owners, we can always count of receiving genuine and practical advice from the employees. The store is also very organized.

My husband and I had a great experience with Joel Goldstein today! He was so knowledgable and helpful with our washer and dryer search. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions, give us his own input and even check inventory for us!! We will definitely be purchasing our washer and dryer from Home Depot, based on our experience today with Joel!

A normal Home Depot. Staff were helpful. We are working on a unique project & found what we needed easily. There were few places that it was hard to get the store handicap carts through.

Fantastic experience. After a nightmare of an experience in the Union NJ store on Route 22. We ended up here. Louie, from Lumber, Marcus and Bernadette unsure of their departments, but all three were super helpful in getting my husband and I taken care of with a large piece of outdoor carpet we required. From the stock roll all the way to the car... THANK YOU, THANK YOU..... Customer service is key. They did a great job. Thank you again

The wood cutting department is GREAT!!!! Rasul is excellent at getting the right measurements cut for us!!! After having a couple bad experiences at other Home Depot stores, we can always depend on Rasul being the right person to get our wood cut just right!! Really appreciate his dedication to his work and his excellent customer service as he always greets us with a smile. ✨

I had to copy keys for work and I expected it would be a problem and I'd have to wait the whole process was so easy! What a great Home depot! From the moment I entered the building everyone was so accommodating I think I spent 10 mins in there total! Ill definitely return!

Great store! I would like to acknowledge Bernie Camarda from the appliance department. I ordered appliances and by mistake my order was canceled. Bernie went out of his way.
