I live in Rockaway and we have a DSG at the Townsquare. I refuse to go there cause of the treatment I received there. I needed to renew my fishing license and wanted to get a new rod. I decided to go to my closet DSG which is here in E. Hanover I was greeted upon my arrival.

I head to the fishing section greeted by other associates can I help you with anything. I'm good thanks I find the rod I wanted whoa they also have the spinning rod too let me get that. With my two rod blanks in my hand I see another associate I asked where do I get my fishing license from. He replied at checkout they will renew your license there.

I go up to the register of course I had a feeling I was in the wrong location. That being said had a nice short conversation with a guy who was waiting for his friend to check out. So I get in line when I get to the register to pay while the young lady was ringing up my purchases. The other nice young lady was renewing my license all paid I say cool this was awesome. The associate said thank you. E. Hanover DSG you are now my go to place the Rockaway location will never get another dollar from me.

Carolyn was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly as she helped us do some last minute shopping for our daughter's spring soccer season. Thank you for helping us find everything we needed and providing such a pleasant shopping experience!

Ordered a bike online and arrived to pick it up. The staff (Jeff and Rob) went above and beyond to help me. They were patient, respectful, and overall kind gentleman. I will be returning 😁

Really appreciated all the help we got today with picking out cleats for a toddler, soccer balls, basketballs, and more. But we are extra appreciative of Shea's help in picking out bikes (yes bikes) not tricycles for our toddler girls. We tested out a 16" bike he had just built out to see if a bike with training wheels or a bike with no pedals at all would work best; he helped us feel confident in getting two 12" bikes that they can use now but also grow into. He even then assembled them - huge win - while we were in the area, meaning we have two girls ready to go who don't have to watch me try to assemble them and fail. Jo was also super patient at checkout as she had to radio to Shea for the UPCs (so he could assemble them) and patient with -- and interactive with -- with my rambunctious toddlers, who haven't been out much during the pandemic so were literally like kids in candy stores. Thank you guys!!!

Shea and Patrick from the East Hanover store helped me with two bikes and were extremely patient, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Shea and Patrick provided excellent customer service and I appreciated both of their help.

Robin helped me and is so thorough and professional and very nice! I look for her when I come in! She is definitely an asset to the store and customers!

Nice size store, items placed neatly in departments. Not enough football attire or equipment but it was still worth the trip.

Went here for a raincoat for a 6 year old. We were quickly guided to the right section of the store where there were various options to select from. Clean and well organized store.

A mistake was made with my bike. Ray the store manager apologized and made amends. I'll be back to buy a new bike next year from their store. Best customer service ever!
