I have not shopped at a JC Penney in decades. Today I decided to give them a try. The store was neat and clean. I found everything that I was looking for (a set of dishes, a set of sheets and a belt). The cashier, Preston, was very helpful. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

Got a bunch of great deals. Plus clearance was buy 1 get 1. So got 2 huge tins of butter cookies for 4 dollars.

The employees are wonderful here. This is one of my go to places whenever they have a sale! You can find excellent quality clothing for far less here. Their men's St. John's bay, 100 percent cotton flannel shirts, superb! I only paid $10.00 for a $30 dollar shirt and my son loves them.

Kristen at the jewelry counter was super nice and friendly! I also got a great deal on a nice silver necklace and earrings!

Love this store. Great clothes and prices.

It was nice to have a pleasant person at checkout the other day. Penny's was my my 3hrd store & the only ho asked if I found everything I was looking for and did I have any ?. Know it's still early in the holiday shopping season, but an overall nice start to the season.

How refreshing it is to go to a store where they haven't barraged the dressing rooms off (eh hmm... Macy's 🤨). They recognize that nothing extra dangerous is happening in the dressing rooms 🙄. Was all to happy to give them my business. They have a much bigger selection, much better prices, and more customers (duh). It's where all the happy people want to shop I guess. Oh... And great employees!!

Sue in jewelry was very helpful with finding us a necklace and got us very good deal on it. Impeccable service. Would recommend.

Got some good deals. An associate was available in children's where I was shopping and I was also happy to find an associate at the check out counter. Both associates were friendly and helpful and the checkout was quick and efficient.

Had a great experience at JCP Optical today. I was a very last minute customer tonight with just 30 minutes to spare before the whole store closed. I appreciate the care & assistance I received in picking out 2 awesome pairs of glasses. I'm a repeat customer & will continue to be for a long time.

Love the store and the people who work there are fantastic. The on line information people are also great and so helpful....I will definitely be shopping there more often. I bought some drapes there and they are the most beautifully made ... color, quality... I love them...bought them on line and was so completely satisfied.

On checking out, Preston's the best when it comes to customer service. He remembers the regular customer and s always so pleasant and friendly and cheerful.

I've held a store card for more than 20 years and have always gone to JCP for all suits and formal wear. Things have drastically changed since covid. All suits and ties have been liquidated it seems with no choice but to shop elsewhere. Thank you Penney and goodbye

Great place to get dress clothes on short notice that fit well and look good for a fair price! Good customer service when you can find them. Seem like they spread staff a little thin.

JCPenney optical...these two ladies are fabulous!! I buy all my glasses there great discounts, always new and trendy styles... shopping here saves me hundreds of dollars on my eyewear!!!tell them I sent you!!

JCPenney has always been my go-to store for many years when my children were growing up and now I work there and I love my job. :-) everyone I work with they all have great personality they make it as much fun to work there as they do for the customers to shop there.

I made a quick trip into JCP to grab a few after surgery lounge clothes. Preston was ringing out my clothes noticed a spot on an item and walked back to ladies Pjs to exchange item. Preston is always willing to assist with a smile.

Love this store and will always shop here to keep these original stores from closing like sears and kmart :( I finally got jc back on my radar and got 3 100 dollar gc for the family to spread the word!!! Otherwise well be buying everything from Amazon and returning everything cuz we cant see it or try it on :/

Pretty sure I got the best deal of my life during this particular trip! $90 boots on sale for $20!!AND...The 2 ladies I encountered who worked there were so friendly and helpful!

Gave 5 stars due to the great staff in the store. Very helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Products in the store were good and a decent price too. Will return when in the area.
