We love this local gem. We walked in 3 years ago and purchased an engagement ring on the spot. They were SO sweet & helpful and it made our engagement that much more special! Highly recommend for any jewelry purchases! They always have great pieces.

Excellent customer service. I came in to Beglin’s in desperation. Day 1 of a 3 day trip, I’d lost a screw on my glasses and all opticians were closed. No problem, he said, and fixed it in less than 2 mins then sent me on my way, refusing any payment. We need more like him in the world :) 100% would return.

My experience with Beglin’s was wonderful:) I brought a ring in for repair which Michael did a lovely job fixing. He is so friendly and knowledgable. The rest of the staff was great as well! My phone calls, inquiries, and requests were all promptly addressed. I would definitely suggest going to Beglin’s for your jewelry needs!

Beglin's is a fantastic jewelry store in Lake Placid. I purchased an engagement for my fiance from them. The service was fantastic. Patient and willing to work with me to find the design that I wanted. I ended up doing a custom design. Michael did a great job designing it and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend working with Beglin's for your jewelry needs.

The owner created the most gorgeous slide from my mother’s cherished ruby ring and other pieces of hers. It’s absolutely outstanding and we did the design by email! It took awhile between his travel and mine but it was well worth the wait. I wish I could upload a picture here although the picture does not come close to doing it justice. It arrive today and I can’t wait to wear it. It’s a show stopper. The owner is an artist and a very nice man. I so appreciate his work in creating such a beautiful piece to remember my mother by.

The Beglin’s are like family and who better to help us choose our “forever” wedding rings? Mike personally assisted my husband in selecting the perfect setting and diamond for my engagement ring and took the time to explain the various facets of the diamonds. These folks are down to Earth, kind and caring, and are focused on finding the right piece for every occasion. 5 stars aren’t enough...

I got engaged the same day and wanted my engagement ring to be from the local area to make it extra special, we wandered into the store and were immediately helped. We were sat down and were talked through everything. The ring I decided to go with was perfect and had a diamond hand picked by the owner himself. It fit just right so I knew it was the one but if it had been to big he advised it would be resized within 24hours before we left. He provided us with some bits to read and a DVD of the diamond process which I thought was a lovely and memorable touch. Everything was bagged up beautifully and he even gave us a bottle of wine with the stores name printed onto the front which was such a nice thing to do. If you need an enganement ring this is definitely the place to go!

My engagement and wedding rings were purchased here, and they are stunning. Mike did some custom work to make them fit together perfectly. They exceeded our expectations.

Purchased the most beautiful Ruby and Diamond ring. So much to choose from it was a difficult decision. No pressure from the owners who were patient with my indecisive self. I have received so many compliments - just love wearing it.

Owner operated store. The owner hand picks diamonds and had the most gorgeous stone that we chose for an engagement ring. They have everything from engagement settings and rings to estate jewelry.
