Price Chopper

Great bakery. Needed a last minute cake and there was not anything pre made that we wanted. A guy named Timothy that worked there went out of his way to make us a last minute cake and decorate it for us. He made our day. Great customer service.

We've been coming here each summer we visit Lake Placid. Food is good but the new addition (and thank you for your leadership) is the addition of the two new EV charging spots... Just keep the non ev cars out... One spot was iced when we arrived and the other was occupied by anyone baby dinosaur burning vehicle.

I shop at this Price Chopper every week. Most of the staff is wonderful. I know Justin Cavalloro. He always checks in to make sure if and when my grandparents water needs to be re-ordered. Most of the time the staff is friendly at check out and will talk to me or my kids as we go through. Today was especially great because a front end associate went above and beyond. First she helped a lady in a wheelchair waiting in line behind me. She helped her move her chair and groceries to a different check out that was going to open. Then she offered to help me cash out at self-checkout and she scanned most of the groceries for me before she had to go help another customer. Her name tag said Maddie B. and I just wanted to say that her hardworking, pleasant nature didn’t go unnoticed today!

Best place to shop for groceries. Big variety and good sale prices (get an awards card). I like their approach to covid-19 practices. Clearly marked isles and personal protection used by all. Try their fresh pizza dough in the dairy section, I love it! Mask on 😷

Greg in the fish department is really helpful and great to chat with. Go Sox!

Open 24 hours. Beer is served late night. Our go to place when we are in area. Staff are very helpful. One stop for almost everything. Fresh goods and good prices. Huge parking lot is in front of the building. Serve fresh donuts in the morning too. Definitely recommended.

At least one Service Team Member stands out here as an exceptional individual. We we're blessed during today's shopping experience.

Store is clean and well organized. It is stocked with al LT he necessary items. Parking lot has at least 10 electric car charging stations.

The bakery is my favorite place to work, I have ALOT of fun & love the work I do but mostly how I can make peoples day with the things they have asked for. Stop in & get a cake. 24 hour notice please!!

Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. The cashier was very nice. Wide selection of grocery and non grocery items available.

Was travelling from out of town and camping in the area - they had EVERYTHING we could have ever wanted or needed! Store was super clean and the cashier was so friendly and helpful.

It was one of the nicest Price Choppers I've ever been to. The employees were courteous & the store was spotless. Handicapped accessible. Golub Corporation should be proud

I'm not from the area, so I had to never heard of Price Chopper. By the name, I was expecting a po dunk cheap version of a supermarket. To my surprise it was a nice, normal supermarket. Same thing as Hannaford.

We stop here every time we're in LP. It's a well stocked grocery store and the prices are good.

Great selection and very nice staff. They start selling beer at 8am

I was able to purchase many items that are not available locally. I was specifically looking for Old El PASO slower cooker seasoning packets!

Great store! Well stocked even the day before Thanksgiving. Friendly and helpful staff. Joan is a kick!
