I always bring my wife’s newer 2022 jeep grand Cherokee, and my older 2012 Acura Tsx here. They are always honest, very fair and timely. I definitely recommend going here.

My car was dead in my driveway. My regular mechanic was closed, probably due to COVID-19, so I called Valley Automotive Services to see if they could help. They were wonderful! They came over that day, jumped my car. It was most likely because the car had been sitting, but they said to call them tomorrow if I have any problems. All this sounds very normal, but what was unusual was that they didn't even charge me! Jim and Kelly were so nice and professional. They wore gloves and a mask to protect my health. They just, "helped me out." It made me happy all day!

I have to say, this is definitely a great mechanic shop. I brought a used car there for them to look it over and they took the time to check it out thoroughly for me. They were both knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I wish their shop was closer to my home because they'd be my go-to place!

That 1-star review seems very suspect to me. Jimmy does good, honest work. He has saved me hundreds over taking my car to the dealer (Subaru). I do wish they had earlier hours but on the flip side of that one repair I needed pushed him well beyond closing time and he did it without complaint so I could have the car back the next day. Can't knock him for that!

We've been bringing our Subarus here for the last two years. So far, no complaints. Service is thorough, cheerful, fairly priced, and fast. Occasionally if we have to do a quick job (for instance, we forgot we were coming up on a hard inspection date and had to go elsewhere ) we do, but for the majority of the auto services on our two Subarus, we come here. Highly recommended by a fellow Subaru owner, and, we agree with his recommendation!

You will not find a better automotive repair shop in the Hudson Valley....Period. Good,honest and hard working people. You will NEVER get ripped off and you will ALWAYS leave satisfied and confident with the service/repair you've received. Trust me when I tell ya......Jim & Kelly are top notch. I hope everyone will support this shop so we can rely on them for years to come.

Most honest mechanic we have ever met! We take my kids cars there and it's always out first choice! Have never had a bad experience!

This shop took my car in and fixed my motor perfectly. Then,when he found that my transmission was bad he called and quoted a good price and offered to fix it. Well after we paid for the transmission, he ordered it. The company sent him the wrong one. Then, his mom died. I felt terrible. This is when it gets tri ky... he decided a month later that he was washing his hands of the transmission job, then texted us that he was towing the car the next day. They did. Dumbfoundedly, the dropped the car off on a one way street backwards and costed me 90.00. When I called, the owner said, "Yeah i told him to get that thing off my property" Now, they wont give my keys back and they owe 500.00 dollars refund for the transmission that they didn't fix. Being a five star business and all, I just don't see how a person could be treated this way. Good luck consumers, maybe they only did this once. But once is enough for me. Civil law suit will be filed.
