After interviewing several realtors around the Hudson Valley area, we decided to go with her because of her knowledge of the area and experience. Very helpful

Dishonest realtor. Either realtor Maureen Wallace did not do a thorough walkthrough of the house I looked at, or she and the seller tried to hide some major problems with said house.
Cut power to the sewage ejection pump so it could not be tested during inspection.
States house electricity is rated 200 amps, only inside electrical panel is rated 200 amps. The wiring and outside meter are only rated for 100 amps. States the town certified the electrical work and panel sticker must of fell off. Ha. That’s a serious fire hazard.
When making a life changing purchase, the largest one most will ever make, honestly and transparency are crucial. I feel l received neither.

Quite literally the worst real estate experience I’ve ever had. Lauren stopped at nothing to dissuade me from both the apartment I was interested in, as well as Smitchger Realty as a whole.

I contacted them on 2 different occasions and never received any call back very disappointed i really wanted to rent a property that they had listed

Spoke to a receptionist, never got a return call from a real estate agent! Not good business....
