I had an emergency repair (valve replacement). Joe made an exception to come out sooner than we expected. He got the job done and made sure that everything functioned. Would highly recommend him and will certainly use him going forward .

A quick moving storm passed through my area during Christmas 2022 and knocked out power to my street for a period of 36 hours. Needless to say the storm and freezing temperatures caused havoc to my heating and plumbing system. Due to the Holidays and the storm that we had just experienced local plumbing companies in the Carmel NY area would use answering services, would only respond if you authorized an "Emergency Fee" otherwise you would not get a callback from them. And if you tried calling back you would get hung up on intentionally. One of my calls was to Southeast Plumbing and Heating located in Brewster NY. I spoke with a gentleman named Joe and said that day he was already booked with 4 Plumbing jobs but if I could hold on until the next day he would come. I explained the particulars gave him my address and the next day Southeast Plumbing showed up at 8am with a crew of 3 and fixed every single leak and sections of frozen and burst pipes including 2 outside. They were there until my boiler, heating system and plumbing was up and running. I am very grateful for their hard work. I would highly recommend. Some companies like Southeast Plumbing and guys like Joe put people ahead of profits.

The water in our house stopped running altogether. The pressure gage in the basement showed zero and I was afraid that the recent lightning storm may have fried our water pump.

Joe arrived the day I called and immediately diagnosed that we had a problem with a pressure control, that the pump was fine. He cleaned up a huge tangle of wiring that had been left by the plumber who installed the system and got everything running quickly using parts he had on hand.

Altogether an excellent job! We will certainly hire him for plumbing work in the future.

When our hot water heater blew out late on a Friday night, Joe was able to procure a new one, took the old one out and replaced it with a brand new one very promptly when other plumbers were not around. He was professional, responsive, a hard worker, and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend and will use again!

Called them to get assistance for a broken faucet pipe and said they would be at my house within 30 minutes and they came within 25 minutes.
Courteous, reliable and professional, they repaired and replace a pipe, installed a new faucet and cleaned up afterwards!

Had an emergency with my water heater, water everywhere on a Saturday afternoon and he replaced it within two hours. Very fair, reasonably priced and a true gentleman. I have had horror stories with trying to get people to come and do work at my home, how refreshing to get a quick and fast response. Even gave me a great price on a new boiler installation. Well worth your time and hard earned dollars.

We called Southeast urgently looking for help with our water pressure. Joe answered immediately and was at our door in minutes to troubleshoot the problem. He was very thorough and meticulous and was able to determine the issue was with the well pump. Not the greatest of news, as you can imagine, but Joe explained everything clearly and I was very comfortable asking him to replace the well pump. He arrived early the next morning with the equipment he needed and proceeded to complete the job and get us running water again sooner then I had hoped! As he was working I noted that he took great care to make sure that pipes were cleaned, wires were secured, and things were in general done to a high standard. This work ethic is something that I appreciated very much, and has made me a very happy customer. Going forward you can be sure that Southeast will be my first call for any of my plumbing issues!

We had an issue with our well pump resulting in no running water throughout the house. It was an emergency on a Saturday evening. I called Southeast Plumbing and they came out immediately to troubleshoot the problem. Luckily it wasn’t a big problem and the pump was fixed within 30 minutes. I highly recommend!

I Have owned a home for over eight years, with multiple ongoing plumbing problems. After going through a host of local plumbers and handyman with no resolution, repeat issues, wasted money I was at my wits end. After being told by a reputable plumbing company with a leak detection device that I did not have any leaks, my bathroom ceiling molded over and water started pouring down, a leak in my sons room and my other bathroom.
As life would have it, I needed surgery, but could not schedule until my water problems were resolved just a little. Fortunately I saw an ad for Southeast plumbing and heating and gave them a call. Joe arrived at my house that day and got straight to work. Within 3 weeks my water problems were identified and fixed. Joe also installed a water neutralizer and water softener, new toilets etc..
While all this work was being done, my time and home were always respected. Thanks to Joe I was able to schedule surgery and recover at home with piece of mind that the majority of my plumbing issues were resolved and any future problems would be taken care of by a company who knows what they are doing.

Joe and his team were helpful during a very stressful time when we were without water in our home. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. Their services is greatly appreciated.

Imagine waking up on a Sunday morning house full of guests waiting to shower for an event only to find no running water after panicking and calling numerous plumbers which full said can get there Monday sometime,(even though they advertise 24/7 emergency call outs) Joe from Southeast was the quickest to respond and in a couple of hours we were up and running. thank you Joe you really saved the day
