The folks at the UPS Store are always great and pleasant. Great customer service there. In and out in a flash. It's always a great experience at this UPS DROP OFF CENTER:-)

The people at this store are amazing and always upbeat and helpful. I usually go with someone with autism and they engage so well with him and it really makes his day. I can’t say more about everyone there!!

Love this location. The staff are really amazing as they work to keep the line moving yet don’t compromise on customer service. They help my small business out a lot!

I can't say enough about all the workers there. They are so nice and helpful, they all go out of their way to help. I wish there was more businesses like them. We are so lucky to have them.

Julio at UPS Store in Mahopac was the best! Kind, polite, and helpful especially on a rainy day.

I had an excellent experience here. I was visiting family and ordered sympathy/memory cards online from another company. When I went to this store to track the shipment, I found out that they would not arrive on time for the funeral. June went out of his way, not only to replicate the cards, he also rushed to get them done for me. He was genuinely concerned and kind. I appreciate how much he went above and beyond and highly recommend this store.
I also want to add that the original cards finally came and the cards that June created at the UPS store were significantly superior to the original ones. Thank you so much June!!

My go to store for everything from shipping to printing and faxing. Fast and friendly service, the employees are always so helpful and kind.

I recently did 2 Large prints (24x36 & 11x17) and the quality of the work was phenomenal.

I was impressed that they took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond with the job that I needed.

Not to mention I was late to order the prints, but they were still able to gets the prints done by my deadline.

I have been going to this store for a while now and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is great, always on point, and always trying to find me the best deals on shipping out my items. I highly recommend the UPS store in Mahopac for any shipping needs.

By far the most professional and helpful staff. Above and beyond to make sure whatever you need happens smoothly.

Staff is top rate. My preferred location to drop off. Extremely convenient, helpful and friendly. Only disappointment is that they don't have a Fed Ex account, which is on Fed Ex.
