Splash Car Wash Express

Fast, easy, and leaves my car looking brand new every time. Tried out the monthly subscription for a few months and honestly it was worth it. I was a little skeptical about the price because I'm a very cheap and penny pinching person but after a long week of heavy snow I can easily say I got my money's worth. Definitely recommend the salt X and hot wax if you want to be fancy. If not a regular wash will do the trick.

Kelsey down at the car wash made our experience amazing! First off she let us know what treatments we should think about getting once winter comes, she also let us know how to save money buying a package!
We decided to just get a good car wash today we got a more expensive option and when we went through I guess there was tar dirt stuck to my car and I let her know … she told me to pull around and her and another man scrubbed my car and now it’s so clean! She went above and beyond I will definitely be back! Amazing customer service!!!

First FREE VACUUMS!!! I am slow I have carpal tunnel and a very bad back , so when you put $3-5 in to use a vacuum it goes quick! Here great vacuums ALWAYS WORKING!!! 9 on side and 5 in front . GREAT EMPLOYEES !!!!

So after driving to Fort Drum from Rochester, NY for the first time in over 20 Years & it being around a 3 Hour Drive I obviously accumulated allot of bugs on the front of my car even though it was a beautiful day out. Staying 2 Nights I did not want to leave the bugs on the car & so I found a Car Wash called Precision Car Wash right off base which is a touch less car wash in which I do prefer. After going there & paying 16+ dollars for the wash when I pulled the car out it was terrible because the wash did not dry the car, did not rinse the car, & left hot wax all over it. It was very embarrassing & caused allot of anxiety because it is a brand new car. I then had to find another car wash to help me fix the issue & back home Classy Chassy has a great reputation so I found this one in Watertown & I must say even though it is a soft touch wash & it made me nervous because my car is black & I am trying to avoid scratches & swirls I decided to give this place a shot. I was greeted by a young lady in whom understood my frustration & provided great customer service with a smile & made me feel very comfortable bringing my car in even though it was a soft touch wash. As for the car wash I could not be any more satisfied because it removed all the residue from the previous car wash in the Precision Car Wash I went to off base & cleaned it up exactly how I was hoping it would & originally wanted when I brought it to the other car wash so thank you to the Young Lady & this Classy Chassy Location. I did not take a photo of the Car before & after but if that young lady sees this review I am leaving a photo of the car in general knowing she will remember & so she knows I am thankful.

Best California style car wash(free vacuums) l have been to in a couple of years. And l should know because l work all around the country. Got a months worth of caked mud off my work truck from driving transmission rights of way for NYPA

Great Car Wash and Great customer service! I’m not one to do reviews, however I wanted to share my gratitude on how much I appreciated my visit, especially for being an out of town guest! Ashley answered all my questions with patience and kindness when explaining to me their service options, and she even took time to tell me about some places around the town. I believe her name was Bianca, she got my car in and out of there quickly and did it with a smile the whole time! It’s so nice to go somewhere where they are happy to see you and do a good job! Those two just made my day with a simple car wash visit, kindness, and doing great at their job! You don’t get that a lot these days with the youth! That’s the kind of heart and work ethic you want to represent your business! Thank you a bunch Ashley and Bianca! I will be back!!

I was in town visiting family and decided to stop at this car wash today, 9/15, and had the most amazing experience. I was first greeted by Ashley who was very pleasant and helped me with everything. The person who scrubbed my car made sure to get all the dirt/bugs off and left my car shinning! I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in town. Very nice car wash and amazing staff!!

We have a monthly membership. I go in almost everyday and I always receive wonderful service. Today, Alethea and Jordan was welcoming and nice. The entire staff here are very sweet and take the extra time to answer any questions I may have. It was really nice to see the owner had closed the business for a day for the them to have an employee appreciation/family day. It’s also very nice seeing the owner here almost everyday. I even seen him push mowing the grass last week! All in all 10 out of 10 👏🏼

The folks at Classy Chassy really does a good job at washing their customer's vehicles! We had bubble gum stuck on the side door of our car and the woman working there tried her very best to remove it. She was about 80% successful but at least she got most of it out! Thank you again for the effort! My kids love your business and me and my wife too! Keep doing a great job!!

I have always had my car washed with them. This was the first time I had my car detailed. They did a great job!

I drive all the way from Mannsville to get my car washed here. The experience is always well worth the dollar. I was greeted today by Ashley with such a pleasant smile and work attitude she made me feel beyond welcomed! I will 100% be visiting again.

Have their unlimited car wash. Fairly short wait even when busy. Only complaint is the vacuums tend to get clogged or something where it’s hit or miss if they work well, but they’re free so… car wash itself does a fantastic job though!

Thank you to the two employees that made my experience today so wonderful. Person who took my payment was Ashley and i asked what the other girls name was, it was Bianca. but she scrubbed my car and got all the bugs. I came in today around 3 o’clock.

Love having a monthly membership here. The owner is always around making sure things are running smoothly. The employees are spectacular, only complaint is that I pay for the bubble bath membership and sometimes only get the basic wash, not mad about seeing as I go daily, however going daily mean I know when it's not the right wash...

Visited the wash today and Then was given the opportunity to leave a review with arriving home. My car was spotless I wanted to cheapest package, but Ashley explain and broke down each package and I went with the bubble bath excellent wash, and I will most definitely be back
