They were super helpful and nice, and the appointment was easy to get. Once on-site they were efficient and organized and there was zero wait - and that included getting a CD with images.
Paying out of pocket without insurance was less than half of what across the border in MA would have been. Definitely the way to go if you have a high deductible plan.

I've never had an issue with obtaining imaging - if you need stat or emergent imaging, it WILL take time, but that is the nature of obtaining diagnostic images outside of a scheduled appointment. Sometimes scheduled appointments will get delayed if there are a significant number of emergent images that are ordered. That is the nature of healthcare, and it will continue to get worse as people begin and continue avoiding going to Emergency Departments due to COVID.

Tip - if you need routine mammography, or routine scans... schedule an apt for first thing in the morning. The likelihood of being delayed is slim. ImageCare can answer questions about the procedure itself, but results will go to your ordering provider. Questions about the results and/or follow up care needs to be directed to your doctor. ImageCare IS fast in providing the results, and if you use FollowMyHealth (CapitalCare's 3rd party portal) you'll get the initial results in hours, even before your doctor has reviewed them.

If you need emergency x-rays or imaging, they're good about being accommodating, but you may have to wait to be seen. There's no way around it and is true of any diagnostic testing. (It'd be true in an ER too - if someone is in the MRI machine, you're not going to fit in there with them. Then it needs to be reset and cleaned).

The staff have always been lovely to work with - courteous, polite, and funny. When I had a scare with a mammogram and had to get a repeat test - it was scheduled for 2 weeks out. I called and was honest that I was freaking out and asked if there was anyway I could be seen sooner. The scheduler was totally understanding and found me a next day appointment in another office.

I can't praise them enough for going above and beyond for me. They were awesome to work with.

The staff is helpful, kind and courteous. It was a wonderful experience. I use them anytimecI need a MRI or T3 MRI, ultrasound, CT and mamo. I highly recommend them.

My doctor got me a same day MRI appointment for sciatica. I was greeted promptly, given forms to complete. When I finished the registration I was taken inside and placed on the MRI carriage. The tech put pillows under my legs and the test began. My right leg was painful and I was apparently moving so they has to do it again. The tech came back in and adjusted the pillows higher. That allowed me to complete the test successfully. I had good technicians and I am pleased with the care I had.

I had 2 areas that needed mri and did them at the same time. Being claustrophobic, I was really concerned about tolerating my head in the machine for over an hour! Simeon and Kelsey were very patience, reassuring, and made the experience extremely easy for me to do. I am thrilled with my experience and so thankful for caring and understanding MRI technicians.

I have been going to Imagecare for at least the last three years and I could not be more happy with the service and care I receive there. From the receptionist to the techs everyone has always been kind, courteous, friendly and extremely professional. I actually had an appt today at 8:40 for an ultrasound and a CT. I was literally on my way home by 9:40. Thank you Imagecare!!

Very professional and compassionate staff. I came for my first mammogram and was uncomfortable and terrified. Thank you to the techs for listening and understanding my fears and working with me to make the process as comfortable as possible.

I went in yesterday for a mammogram and ultrasound. Everyone from front desk staff to the mammogram technician and the ultrasound technician were friendly and polite. I was seen at my appointment time. I will recommend this facility to everyone I know. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!

They made me feel very comfortable while undergoing my arthrogram. I have a horrible fear of needles and had to have contrast injected into my hip joint. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely pleasant and caring!

I was a little nervous after seeing the reviews but honestly everyone was super friendly, I was in and out within 45 minutes and my MRa itself took 30 so I really just spent time filling out paperwork and changing.

Dr Mehta and entire staff were courteous, patient, and did great job. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Imagecare. I was there yesterday for an ultrasound and mammogram, and everyone was professional and friendly. They were very punctual as well.

I got there early. I was back in my car before my appointment time. I also spent time looking at the actual scan.

There was just a short wait until I was seen. The tech was friendly and helpful.

I've been here several times in the last two years. I have been impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff each time. :)
