So grateful for this facility! Taking on my bulldog last minute yesterday and providing us with the best care possible. As soon as they realized we need 24/7 care they set us up with a transfer to another facility and didn’t just leave us high and dry. They took it upon themselves to make sure we were set up for success in transferring our pup elsewhere. Dr. Melissa Yanik was amazing, she took the necessary test that gave us light of the situation. Her staff was also very helpful. Yes, the price was steep but it was expected being an urgent care visit and having a bulldog lol I’m sure we will be back for a check up soon

I started taking both of my dogs here when I lived about five minutes away. Since then, I have moved almost 40 minutes away and still make the drive to bring them here. The trust I have in Dr. Androski & her team is precious and I thank them for taking great care of my furry kids. I do feel like the pricing is similar to other vets in the area and I have not had a hard time getting in to see them. As vet staffing is really challenging these days, it is nice to always see the same front office team and know that they must really like it there too! Thanks y'all.

Even after moving an hour away and trying a bunch of vets down south, none compared to AHOF. After many let-downs, we decided it was hopeless to go anywhere else but AHOF! The staff and vets are just fantastic. My dog genuinely loves going to the vet. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I've had 3 dogs with different veterinarians, and this group is by far the best! There are 5 doctors who work together with technicians to provide my dog with help when we need it. There is a doctor on call on weekends who responds to concerns with solutions. It's a busy place but so well organized that I trust them with my dog's care. Friendly, positive and always focused on what's best for your pet!

The staff is excellent and the clinic is very welcoming. You can be sure that they will take good care of your pet. They are all kind and professional.

We are a family from Ukraine. On the very first day of the Russian invasion our kitty started her very long journey to the USA. With us she traveled by car through all of Ukraine, then through half of Europe to Germany and two months ago we came to the USA. Too stressful journey for a cat.

In our second month in the USA our kitty started vomiting and hiding in hidden spots. She had high temperature. We called to every hospital in our area, but only AHOF took us.

In AHOF our kitty's doctor was Deanna Androski. She helped us to save her. We are really grateful Deanna Androski and AHOF team for good attitude and professionalism. Our kitty alive, she is at home and we are happy. AHOF is amazing!

I've been taking my cats here for nearly 15 years and they are always kind and informative. Excellent veterinary care all around!

Dr Kemper is one of the best vets we have experienced. We are lifelong dog owners - and now have three. Two of ours are seniors with health issues. She is detailed, conscientious, responsive, and patient. The pets love her, and the care they are receiving is exceptional.

Our 13 year old puppy passed away late last night but DR. DEANNA ANDROSKI at Animal hospital of Factorial provided unbelievably amazing support including prompt diagnosis, treatment, super kind explanation of the situation and options. We feel like she is an angel came from the heaven to greet our puppy. Good bye Ranny, thank you Dr. Androski.

Very impressed with the care and attention to detail we received here. It’s a bustling place, and despite that, the care team was friendly, calm, and patient.

We had to put our beloved cat of 22 years down, and bringing her into the office was not something we could do. Dr. Kemper came to our home to perform an in home euthanasia. She made this sad day bearable with her patience, love, understanding, and kindness. She truly was amazing. I highly recommend her services for anyone that has to say goodbye to a family member. Thank you so very much.

Updated: My two rescue babies, Niki and Abhi, are always happy to get into the office and they have always come out happy and well taken care of. Best quality service as always.

AHoF has taken care of my buddy Smokey for almost 10 years now. I have always felt the doctors and staff have the be interest for him. And Smokey obviously thinks so too since he is always eager to go into the office.

Dr. Kemper is the most authentically concerned and informed veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My very skittish doodle trusts her and is no longer terrified of going to the vet as a result of her loving rapport. I so value her experience and empathy as a practitioner. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly to care for a cherished pet.

Dr. Kemper has been our vet for the past 8 years. We have a rescue dog with many "special" issues and Dr. Kemper has always treated him and us with great professionalism, empathy and compassion. She has always been very knowledgeable and on one occasion even did further research to ensure that we had all the information we needed to make the right decision for our dog's wellbeing. Over the years, we have been very grateful for all her clear and timely communication and the support she has given us with our dog.

We absolutely love the vets here! We've mostly interacted with Dr Yanik, and a little with Dr Kemper. Their love and care for the animals they treat is so apparent, and the petriage system is incredible for providing easy access to pet medical care when you aren't quite sure if they need to go to the vet or not.

Dr. Kemper has given our cats amazing care since we got them 4 years ago. She is professional, patient and really cares for the animals she treats. Dr. Kemper has been especially good with my 12 year daughter who is the primary caretaker of the cats, answering her questions and offering her tips for caring for them. I highly recommend Dr. Kemper.

I originally choose this small clinic because it is close to my home. Turns out the clinic is really responsive and professional. My dog got vaccines, one urgent care visit, and spay surgery. Everything went well.

This place is wonderful. They can always get us in on short (or no) notice and the doctors are super friendly and knowledgeable. We recently had to take our cat in for an emergency abscess and they got her in quick and I felt the price was super reasonable. I’m very grateful to them and highly recommend!

AHOF was very accommodating to my dog as a new patient. We had just moved to the area and I was nervous about finding a vet I trusted. The day I called for an immediate need, they were booked, but found a way to squeeze him in. Not only did they squeeze him in, they also fit in his yearly check up and vaccinations. They were very attentive, kind and thorough and followed up over the next few days - even responding to me through their app off-hours and on the weekend. Very impressed and will be using them as my new vet for my sweet pup.
